Seabiscuit1985 started following DCS crashes in MT mode for VR and Datalink won't work if turned on in mid air
-
problem solved after I reinstalled win10.
-
I've done it with steam multiple times and I even reinstalled it, but nothing changed.
-
I'm using a steam version so can I just verify the file integrity? The command way doesn't work.
-
Tried ST in VR too, still crashes. I've used Virtual Desktop, Quest Link, and Steam Link for streaming, all crash the game. But in 2D it's perfect. I've tried everything in the trouble shooting list already. Is reinstalling my Windows 11 going to help? Or do I need to try Windows 10? Please help me...T_T

I tried it in 2D with my 4k monitor and it went very well, smooth and no crash. It looks like a VR problem.
-
Thanks a lot but I already tried everything from that list but still no luck. I've evne tried many other methods I found from the internet but still it's the same error each time. DX device removed. Reason: 0x887A0006

Thanks for your help but I still can’t figure out which category my problem belongs to in the trouble shooting thread. Does that mean I need to change my RAM tweak mode in BIOS? I don’t seem to find my issue in the list.

When I play the instant mission for Ka50 III, and I choose the shooting range, the game would definitely crash then a small window pops out that asks me to send report. I've checked the dcs.log file and it says like this 2024-01-10 05:06:15.959 INFO EDCORE (28932): try to write dump information 2024-01-10 05:06:15.961 INFO EDCORE (28932): # -------------- 20240110-050616 -------------- 2024-01-10 05:06:15.963 INFO EDCORE (28932): DCS/2.9.2.49940 (x86_64; MT; Windows NT 10.0.22621) 2024-01-10 05:06:15.965 INFO EDCORE (28932): D:\Software\Steam\steamapps\common\DCSWorld\bin-mt\GraphicsCore.dll Is there any way to solve the problem? My config is 7800x3D, HOF 4090, 64G Ram. And my VR headset is Quest 3 Many thanks. dcs.log

solved Ka 50 missions gound crew have no response
Seabiscuit1985 replied to Seabiscuit1985's topic in Bugs and Problems
I have played through all Ka 50 campaigns before and I remembered that I didn't have to dial it to GRND. Otherwise I would have known all this. Perhaps it was because of the open door. But now if I don't turn it to GRND even if my door is open I still can't get the ground crew to move. -

I found out why. When you talk to ground crew you need to dial the switch to GRND. It was not like this before, must be updated lately. Thanks all the same Bro -
