  1. Can’t offer any advice without information as per the Need Help section of the first post in this thread.
  2. I think you can use the override option in the nvidia settings as well.
  3. I used the dxgi approach and it works ok.
  4. See my post above.
  5. Release DLSSTweaks 0.310.0.0 (transformers) · emoose/DLSSTweaks
  6. Go to the HTCC discord. There’s a registry hack for MSFS 2024 if that’s the version you are using.
  7. Have you tried Virtual Desktop? I think someone said it's faster.
  8. There are only 10 days left until the sale ends and prices go back up! Place your order now to avoid disappointment, even if you don't have your ring sizes to hand!
  9. Sorry, Missed this. No, I don't use any form of FR.
  10. I'm almost tempted to reinstall it on my machine to confirm.
  11. Has ED acknowledged this as a bug/issue?
  12. In your video you mentioned trying the other files such as A10. You should not try this and if you do, it won’t work anyway. These files are used automatically by the main script depending on which aircraft you decide to fly in DCS. Please stick to the instructions. Please consider updating your video accordingly or you’re likely to cause me to engage in unnecessary support requests using up the little spare time that I have.
  13. Nice! Thanks. Some of us are natural presenters… some not (me).
  14. Get the Slugmouse instead. On sale until the end of this month and ships within a week of ordering.
  15. There used to be a way by unadvertising DCS in the QV config file. Scroll up to find details. But I am told this no longer works. The other option is to switch to Virtual Desktop and go wireless, which is great, and that solves the headset removal problem; plus, you can still use OpenXR Toolkit with it.
  16. Hey Vulture! Thanks for the feedback, it is very much appreciated. The Lizard Skins mouse grip tip sounds great. I've not heard of a way to achieve this. Maybe someone else has a solution. That would be useful. A magnetic type effect, as you say, where it sticks to controls, and a "push" would nudge it off the control. I think that this would be for ED to consider. But it may also make it difficult to stick to the control that you want, such as buttons on MFDs. I can see that becoming a new source of frustration. @NineLine
  17. Pull and blow.... Next, I must fix my ancient Warthog stick's jittery MSL Step button. Hopefully, a bit of switch contact cleaner will sort that out. But first, I have some Slugmouse orders to build and ship!
  18. I have never heard of this and have hand-tracking running well on a Quest headset. Could you share a screenshot of it / link?
  19. The dreaded RDR cursor spikes that we had with the Cougar have started to happen on the Viper TQS. Oh joy. However, I think I have a solution. Pull the knob off. Just pull; it's a sliding fit. Then blow into the part (not the knob!). That fixed it for me. Perhaps some dust or debris was causing it to spike.
  20. You will need either the Pimax hand tracker add-on or a leap motion controller. If you use the "remove device" option in your Bluetooth and Devices window, the device should remain removed until you ask Windows to pair it again. Also, be sure to disable or unplug either the onboard Bluetooth or the Bluetooth dongle. Having both enabled at the same time may well cause you further problems, such as the device reconnecting when you think you have removed it. I also want to reiterate the guidance in the first post about fitting the external antenna to your motherboard. Without an antenna, you will suffer connection problems and missed button clicks as the range is limited to centimetres. With an antenna fitted, the range increase will possibly be up to 10 metres. Please get in touch with me via PM or email if you need further support.
