  1. Especially for those who have used both, but for anyone who has used either. What have your experiences been with either of these options? I've heard questionable things about Winwing's software, but as far as hardware, I like the look of the Winwing panels but I imagine Virpil's will be a bit more flexible. I already have a CM3 throttle but since the panels are standalone I can't imagine that would make much difference. I primarily fly the Hornet but jump around to other aircraft often, if that makes a difference. Thanks for any input.
  2. Hi all, I'm looking at Virpil control panels to add on to my CM3 throttle as I'm running out of buttons. I'd like to have them mounted forward and angled upward as shown in the attached diagram. However I'm using an Obutto R3volution cockpit and the throttle is mounted on a flat surface already and it looks like the desk mount solution won't work. Am I missing something or is there no other way to mount the panels directly to the throttle?
  3. An official C-130 would be an excellent break from fighting to do cargo runs or drop paratroopers onto enemy bases. A dynamic campaign with actual logistics requirements that need to be fulfilled by cargo birds would be a lot of fun IMHO, I could go for a C-17 for that.
  4. Group 3-5 UAVs. They don't have to be, or need to be, full fidelity modules, just accurate models and realistic use. Basic EO/IR payloads, ability to program and change waypoints/orbits on the fly, target enemies, provide BDAs, artillery spotting, etc. It would be nice to be able to do all of that while flying another aircraft rather than having it as a dedicated slot.
