As far as I am aware yes, it should help to counteract INS drift for the weapons, keep your aircraft INS set to IFA.

Have you tried changing the FF Rocket Fire Mode with RShift + RAlt + 0? It shows this in the kneeboard "AV-8B NIGHT ATTACK WORKSHEET", changing this mode from single to ripple may help.

My personal checklist for this in no particular order, some of these may not be required but it's what I can think of off the top of my head: Flaps set to CRUS or AUTO Make sure your Nozzles are 100% set to 0 degrees Aircraft speed is above 100 KCAS Master Arm On Fusing is set correctly (anything but SAFE), this is often the problem. Find this on the ASCMI under "FUZ" or press WPN on your UFC, and select "FUZE" on the ODU A/G Master mode selected Correct mode is set up, AUT is the most common, which is CCRP And obviously, pickle button to release the bomb, not trigger.

Slew the camera to the target you would like to designate, TDC Down, then LTIP/Fire the laser, then TOO.
