  1. I have solved this Issue. I had to untick "enable HMD Mask" in the VR Settings
  2. Hello, when I use DLAA in VR, I can see a blue line at the bottom of the image. The line is usually only visible above a certain altitude (7,000 to 10,000 ft) and when I look out of the window. I think it has something to do with the rendering of the sky. Here is another picture with DLAA (blue line) and MSAA (without blue line) I am using a HP Reverb G1 with Openxr and a RTX 4090 I have already deleted the fxo/metashaders folder and updated the graphics card driver. Does anyone have a similar problem ?

As soon as money is involved things get more serious. The road from a mod to a high quality product that can be sold is long. There would need to be some kind of quality assurance and long term support. Up front there would also have to be reliable planning on the part of ED and the developers. You also need to make sure that all tools and assets you use are licensed for commercial use. ED would also have to support the development process through better documentation or meetings to be able to deliver predictable good results. These are just a few points. There is certainly more to consider. But much is conceivable in the field and the potential is great. Maybe ED will find a way to integrate the community a bit more into the core Simulation.
  4. Hello people, I have now created a new version. It is available from the link in the main post. The changes are. - Integration of the files from Urbi into the main link. - Adjusted collision model. (Helicopter landings should not be a problem anymore) - Improvements of the animation of the Kashtan. Here I didn't get far I just reversed the animations in Blender, which resulted in a slight improvement. It shoots and hits, but the animations still do weird things. Best not to look too closely. I have tried a few things, nothing seems to really help. There seems to be no real connection between the animation arguments (i.e. the direction of rotation) and the direction of the target. Apparently the values turn around depending on the target (missile plane, helicopter) and the selected weapon (Guns missile). With the Ak130 it works without problems. Maybe it is a bug or a feature of ED i dont konw. I leave it for now otherwise I'm get crazy. Maybe When I understand it a little better I will look at it again. Thanks to all who have contributed.

  7. Hello Admiral Thanks for the answer. Your work has inspired me to start modding. If you make a Kaiser Class, I will first concentrate on the Sachsen Class. But I think that will take a while.
  8. Hello folks, there is certainly a lot to improve. I'm not an expert and have a lot of private stuff to do in the next weeks. But as I see there are many good ideas and Kow How in the community. So I think it's best if I share my base project. Then everyone has access to the base model and can implement their ideas. You can find the link in the original post.
  9. Hi, it has a Collision Model but only above the Waterline. In the next days i will extend it to the underwater part. About the damage model. A simple damage model is implemented, which is based on the collision model. Maybe I will extend it.
  10. That's the way it's meant to be. Sometimes the Russians put the dinghies under a protective cover So I thought I'd leave it that way. The Link should work now I think you tried it in the Time i changed the Files:) Later i want to make a Sovremenny. But for now i am working on the Henry J. Kaiser-Class and the German Sachsen Class
  11. Thanks for the feedback. It looks like the normalmap and the specularmap are loaded and only the main texture File is loaded not correctly. I think it's because I named the textures generically as texture.dds and it causes problems in DCS with other modules. I have now renamed the textures a bit more specific and renewed the download link. For me it runs fine with version 2.7.10.19473, so unfortunately I can't reproduce the error and cant Test it. If the problem still occurs please report.

  13. Hello, due to the lack of russian destroyers I created a mod for the udaloy 2 class.
