    sometime ago i use a guitar overdrive pedal and run voice recording thru it, best radio disortion effect i ever heard, you can try this if you know someone with guitar gear who can help or download free trial of reaper daw, then search google for some free guitar overdrive pedals plugins and you can use that

    Check your texture settings if you have 8gb vram card, i had this problem and changing texture settings from high to medium fix it, now 99% gpu load all the time, and stable 45fps(cpu bound)
