I get these transparent shades, one for each eye.
They're worse when looking to a bright background.
Sometimes, looking at darker BG, they get a bit brighter.
Wut is dat?
(I replicated the artifact in photoshop, and it is a tad exaggerated, but they look just like that, except they are centered.)

I get these shades in all aircraft.
They do not show up in a printscreen, so I replicated the look.
They are symmetrical, place in the middle.
-One per eye.

Select realtek as playback device in windows. (I take there are ordinary speakers connected to that)
Then you select the Pimax as "Headphones" in DCS "Audio menu"-

The PiServer keep crashing. I havent even started Pimax Play, just by starting my PC, this is in event viewer:

That also seem to help when the client starts to lag the tracking.

Looking at DCS objectively, one has to recognize what an incredible achievement it is.
The sound design alone is a marvel.
Yes, there are some "weirdities" here and there, but I've noticed that ED has "the eye on the ball" and are steadily patching up stuff.
Many fixes have not impacted me, and I often view them as a disappointment. Which of course a completely emotional/subjective thing.
When looking at changelogs I allways look for stuff I personally would see improved. Sometimes it is there. Other times not.
..and I can not believe why they didn't adress that.
All in all I can't believe how lucky I am to be able to take part in the experience.
-A huge source of joy, and also one of some frustration.
But when frustrated; I try to remember my first line here: It is an Incredible, almost unbelievable achievement.-

Try the patch we rolled out a few hours ago — it should fix this issue.
Is that a fixed, full version, or do I have to install v1.41.1 first?

Reverting to 1.40.4 to get framerates and clarity back.
That was a couple 'o days wasted..

This edition has Truck sim vibes and feels weird!
I bought MS flightsim through the years, but since I got into DCS I don't fly it much.
I understand the value of logistics in an armed conflict, but this is a big, (boring) "WUT?"
