  1. Hi, due to some bugs with the Campaign progression screen i had to restart the entire campaign and skip to the latest mission, is it possible to edit the score for each mission in the campaign progression screen?
  2. This campaign could use a few updates. i also found some issues like missing radio lines from the firing range. a missing trigger (Mission 9 will not simulate engine fire when RTB)

My solution was similar but I only had to reduce my speed from WP4 and it worked perfectly fine without leaving the airspace. sometimes I wish the AI had some plot armor of invincibility to be honest. I replayed a few of the missions because i didn't want to miss any of his radio banter. I bought this campaign in anticipation of the F15E imminent release, I must say you guys did a really good job! it's so immersive I often forget I'm on a low fidelity aircraft. a great depiction of the 2008 Georgian war showcasing the air to air deterrence capabilities of the F15C at the time.

I made it thanks for the help, loved the mission, a good introduction to the campaign. unfortunately, my wingman wasn't so lucky, I gave the "engage my target" command but it never fired a single shot and got hit. hopefully, I didn't miss any related dialogue. another thing that was a bit confusing at first, I had to wait a little bit for the bandits to catch up to me from WP4, when the closure rate was too high some of the dialogue was skipped and the bandits already had me locked and fired before I could even separate the mig29s from the others with my radar. a little tricky but fun little BVR engagement.

Hi , in mission 2 everything goes just well for me until the first contact with the pair of mig 29s, the second i get the fire order from command i use TWS to lock on both of them and shoot a pair of amraams. best case scenario i hit them both and after a few seconds i get killed by one their rockets without any visual warning on my RWR. Worst case i miss one of them and somehow in the dark the mig 29 quickly find itself on my tail and the AI wingman is completely useless. I try to avoid using tags and i only use the warning sounds of my RWR to guess when i should start to evade. Any tips to successfully complete that encounter?
  6. after the latest update the world outside the cockpit looks WAAAAY too bright, is there a way to turn off or adjust the exposure outside the cockpit windows?
  7. Hello everyone, I was wondering why the harrier have the tendencies to roll uncontrollably at ridiculously fast rates when i push the stick (negative G) and roll at the same time? It gets faster and harder to control until i roll to the opposite side and pull the stick. Is that something related to the flight module or the actual harrier flight characteristics?
  8. Did ED change the exterior sound recently? I came across this video : The rotor blades sound are alot more accurate to real life than what i have in the current version of DCS... is it a mod i don't know about?

Oh yeah i can imagine, the first level i need to hop through with the Apache is a learning curve The KA50 i picked up with a few hours of reading, it's very automated and simple for the most part obviously to ease the workload on the pilot, very fun to fly but the outdated optics can be a pain sometimes. something i liked about Memory of a hero is that it doesn't rely on the optics that much and targets are easier to spot even without searching with the shkval. (and i play DCS exclusively in VR) looking forward for the Apache campaign!

Actually the Crew part 1 is what grabbed my attention in the first place. it was absolutely fantastic, loved the world athmosphere and the humorous vibe between the characters, flying the MI8 under the weather conditions was really fun especially in the arctic missions (great innovative change of scenery). the autorotation in mission 13 was a satisfying opportunity made easier thanks to that uncomfortable weather. I'll probably return to it for a second round at some point and im waiting for Part 2! MAD was great, cleared the Huey missions and im waiting to pick up the other two modules. Good detail of a larger scale war that deserves to be played from other perspectives in the air, a feature i hope we'll see more in future projects
  11. The good news is that missions can now be skipped, backtracked, and wait for another time all without messing with the files... That new campaign menu is a major improvement for DCS. Other than what mentioned above all went smooth so far. missions are great and i love the soundtrack !
  12. Thanks for the reply I currently run the stable version recently updated to the latest 2.7.16.28157. I tried it multiple times before and after the update and unfortunately had the same results. Similar issue i had in mission 9, after the camp was cleared nothing triggered the ending dialogue until i reached a certain point somewhere between that camp and WP5.
  13. Hello, The first enemy encounter, after they killed some of my units i was told to destroy every militant or vehicle left in the area. When all of them are finally wiped out, nothing happenes ... is there a way to trigger that forward?

So basically continue to the final WP with them still on my tail? at first i thought it's going to be a chase where i have to maneuver around him and get his tail, chase him around the city which was pretty cool for a while (Felt like a scene from Mission Impossible) but i found myself chasing him for too long until i finally gave up. maybe it could have been more helpful to have some additional dialogue when you get close enough but i get the point you tried to get across.
  15. So far it's great and i appreciate keeping the missions short but yet filled with atmosphere, content and dialogue. i play exclusively in VR and flying missions for over 40 mins can be too much sometimes... i just came back from quick run on mission 4 but something got me a bit confused :
