  1. We'll be there. I hope my guys have the time this weekend to try it out. Normally we fly just about everyday of the week but being that it's the weekend of the Super Bowl I dont expect many until Monday.
  2. Will adjust shortly: Thanks!
  3. Really have to hand it to Hogdriver...He did a really good job on the Blackjack hogs. Thanks a bunch, One Shot!
  4. Flaps and speed brake will help with the "wobble and waggle"
  5. I beg to differ with just about everything you said. I run a multiplayer community based around a military simulation game called Arma2 as well as DCS A-10. A good, well thought out, custom mission can go on for weeks while being played exclusively online. Of course, this is with a persistent battlefield and so on. This game, which differs a lot from COD, BFBC2, and other run and gun shooters requires constant teamwork, communication, and cooperation to achieve a mission. This game is NOTHING without the utilization of the TEAM. DCS A-10C, in my most humble opinion, can be played with much the same focus on teamwork. Teamwork isnt for everyone, some people like being Rambo...or in this case Maverick, but some people strive to attain as much knowledge and implement that knowledge as a team, or wing, or flight...however its divvied. I understand that ED, as a "boutique studio" has a lot on their plate already...but lets not neuter the market here by not allowing those of us who want to play cooperatively online in a server with more than a couple people to do so. Currently, the MP capabilities are severely limited to "listen servers" This, again my my humble opinion, is not the way forward. I respect your opinion, but you also have to be able to see both sides of the ball and respect the opinion of those whose differ from yours.
  6. Dane, why dont you come fly with us? You don't have to be a member to fly with us. We value people that enjoy the game whether they are wearing our tag or not. We do ask, though, that you at least have teamspeak 3 and TARS, as this REALLY adds to the immersion. We are a squadron, but our members are all over the globe and we fly at pretty much all hours. We are currently building a box that will allow us to have a dedicated server for DCS A-10 and such. We are serious when it comes to flying, but not so much about time or membership. I myself am a newbie, but my members are AVID and WELL VERSED pilots both in real life and with this and other sims. We hold training events Tuesday and Thursday nights at various times. All you have to do is jump on our TS3 server and we can teach you ANYTHING you need to know. Our teamspeak info is: 206.217.140.50:9987 Our website is basically locked because we have a lot of information pertaining to how we operate and such, but you are more than welcome to look it over. http://www.tf-blackjack.com You can find our servers hosted under the name "76th TFS" or any variant of that name. We would be glad to have you.
  7. Haha, One_shot. Don't spend all the money.
  8. I am pretty stoked about this release. My unit, with roots in Arma2 and Arrowhead, used ACRE and it adds a whole new level of immersion. If there is anything real world you need to know about radio functionality, please let me know. I was working with the ACRE team on radio range and so on.
