Hi all, So I'm just getting started on my DCS journey and so far loving it all, I've already bought the flaming cliffs 3, uh60l, and the ah-64. I am still learning every minute as this is a different animal to mfs lol. Anyway I'm waffling on, my question is has anyone done a cockpit setup for the ah-64 as don't seem to be many heli cockpits around it's mainly fixed wing jets? Would love your input. Thanks again.

Hi all, Thanks for the help on my other questions. I have the 2.7 version of DCS as thought single player would be a good start, but looking in the website it says that that the 2.8 open beta is best for multiplayer. My question is do I have to completely remove the 2.7 and instal 2.8 or do I just download the 2.8 and with both situations will I have to reinstall the helicopter mods I've got? Hi, So I copied the mod into the installation folder not the saved games folder. So I removed it from this folder found the saved games folder/DCS then made a folder in that directory called "mods" and copied the uh-60 mod into the created folder I made and hey presto it now all signs in fine with no warning now, and the helicopter is in my inventory on the game. I'm yet to play it but all looks good so far

Ah right, I couldn't find any saved game Forder in my DCS, I looked in my windows saved game folder and couldn't find a DCS folder in that either I must be missing something somewhere lol

Hi All, I'm just starting out on dcs, I have flown (not very well) on Microsoft flight simulator. I would love to join some of you guys and girls being air support in one of the helicopters or maybe even air transport. I will be buying the Ah64 and the Blackhawk once i get some funds together.
