This is very real, and I have been encountering this constantly. Pretty much have to turn on markers now if you want to use your FLIR to find some targets.

I am having the same issues after the patch. I have cleared out all references to numpad 5 for re centering and it still is happening. I use the numpad for data entry so this is really frustrating. I have checked all the bindings under General and UI to make sure I am not missing anything. Is there anywhere else this could be bound?
