Good Morning, Fun Stuff I started a year ago. It is a complex system and I love tuning. since the last tuning document V3.0, Added 4K 43-inch screen - 6 hours tuning TV and System Then DCS 9. With NIS 4 more hours. Results 4K and F18 at 40 -45 FPS. Huey is close to 50 FPS. at 1K FPS was 75-80. PDF Included for my tuning and the help I found on the web. DCS log shows hardware I have a website for DCS and adding EMS/RF as I learn more about the spectrum. History and other technical information - Distribution A -unclassified info. RF helped me understand the Comm part of DCS. Retune. MT test i7-8750 4.1 GHZ , 32 GB Mem, 1060 Max Q I replaced the 1 HDD with SSD. Returned Win 11 and all the rest of the drivers and a new load of DCS. Removed Mods. This spike no longer appears and the game runs so much better. Getting 75-85 fps with head tracking. DCS_system_tuning_V3.pdf

Hi, I posted a week ago in the forum and on facebook. I did get "HUH?". This forum would be a better spot. I notice a spike in the Stat for simulation. even if only flying, there is a spike in "Simulation" Trying to track down the reason. I will add a video this weekend.

The one CPU Bound will be main or rendering and yellow or red The DCS log will show the CPU threads that are the main and the threads that are the render. I also saw CPU Bound info in a German part of the forum. The one stat I would like more info on is the Frame stats breakdown. Simulation goes up in a spike when the stutter occurs. ALCON, (Aug 16 Updated Doc to version 2) Does anyone have details on the DCS stats screen elements and definition? I understand GPU and CPU Bound. pic attached. I looked around, first. I can kinda figure it out. I would be happy to write the document. STAT Box 1 sunY ?? Simulation, Present, Submit - what is the flow? CPU or GPU for simulation, same for the other two.
