I also noticed something similar in the Basic Flight Training campaign, using the A-10CII. During the Ground Handling mission, I turn on all of the radios and complete startup, but when I notify the instructor that startup is complete, he tells me I did not power up the VHF/AM radio. Due to this, the best score I can achieve is 80. Is this perhaps related?

I've had the same issue, but I got it to work after SEVERAL cycles of changing SOI, changing all positions of the boat switch. Eventually I just left it on one of the numbers for the laser code, with the boat switch fwd and about 15 seconds later, the number started changing. All of the other numbers then changed as well.

I've been pulling my hair out with this mission, glad I found this message board to see that I'm not doing anything wrong. Last night, I tried killing just 3 of the flankers (using TWS) and letting the fourth guy escape, but I still got the ROE message. I never told my wingman to engage anything, so he was pretty much just acting as a meat shield, to ensure that he didn't kill that last flanker. I saved the .trk file and the debrief, if @feefifofum would like to see them. I've been loving the campaign, I wish there were more like it!

First F-15Cs were modified to APG-63(V)1 in 2000.
