It was a coincidence that I've just started to play after the update, and that I've just plugged my FFB wheel in. Could this option be set via the update because of the fact that the FFB wheel was plugged in ? Thanks Merijn.

Hmmm, not solved. I thought it was because my steering wheel (with ff) was plugged in, and it was assigned to some axis. But i've unassigned them, disconnected and no result. Is there a general FF setting that i overlooked ? What strikes me is that the rudder trim works perfectly, and the fact that it does not longer work after the update is strange to me too. Any ideas left ? Thanks! Merijn.

All, Since the latest update i have an update with trim. Worked forever until now :-). The rudder trim is still working, as you can see in the beginning of the attached track. For roll and pitch is not working as it should. I'm using central stick position, but i've used this as long as i'm flying the shark. Anyone else having this issue ? Well, not again, this was a language error :-) USB port works fine. Directly into MB. It works fine for fsx and any other application. It works fine for DCS too, but i have to restart DCS or saitek profiler different times to ensure it's recognized.

Hi all, Since the last update, my X52 pro controller is not recognized anymore. Well, sometimes it is, after starting dcs:world or saitek profiler up again. In random order. Anyone experience these problems again. Thanks. Merijn.

Razor, I've just tried it once. I'm not using it the correct way i guess but still, this is what i notice. When I press hack, enter 20 in the ufc and then press enter, I notice a delay for pressing Enter. So when I wait three seconds, the countdown starts from 17, when I wait 6 seconds, it starts from 14. So i presume it has something to do with this. I've not tested it thoroughly because i don't actually know the correct use of Hack. But it may be an indication of the problem. Anyone from ED ?

Does it start immediately after pressing ? Maybe you lose 3 seconds before you press enter. I've never used it so i don't know. Only guessing :-) Checked the manual but i doesn't provide an answer. At least not for me.

Converting the QFE to QNH is not possible i think. It uses the same unit, so no conversion can be done. QNH is a standard value, 1013 hPa / 2992 inHg. So if the give the QFE it just means that you know your altitude exactly on that location. This should be same as your radar altimeter. In civilian aircraft, the pilots receive the QFE readout when they are starting up. After take off the fly to a certain 'transition altitude' (dependent of country) where they swith to the standard QNH value (1013 hPa). That's when they start to talk about flight levels instead of altitudes. This way every pilot that e.g. cruises at FL180 ( 18000ft on QNH) is on the same height. If they wouldn't use QNH, 18000 ft could be different for everyone that uses a different hPa value.

When i try to install, i get the message 'black shark 1 must be installed'. Could someone please tell me in what sequence i have to install my software. I'm licensed for A10 and KA50 upgrade. Please direct me to the links to download the software. I will then download everything again, uninstall my software and start with a clean sheet. Thanks in advance.

One question: when i start dcs world, it shows 1.1.2.1 -> does this mean i should download dsc world 1.2.0 (via the link). I know, version management is not a talent of mine... Mostly because i don't keep track of them :-p

Ah ok. So the engines rpm must be checked after a manoeuvre. But is the engine rpm linked to the collective then ? If i get it again i'll post a track file.

Thanks for the help. I didn't do the cold & dark myself. It happened e.g. in the Patrol Mission. Now, i think the yellow levers are in the auto position. I thought this was enough. Could you explain this please ? But i wonder why do i got a low rpm ?

Hi all, When i'm playing missions, I sometimes get this message on the EKRAN: "ELEC ON BATTERY". I don't seem to find the explanation (or cause) in the manual. I've searched this forum, but the only thing i find is ELEC ACUM. Is this the same ? And I was wondering what the cause is. I didn't get any battle damage. Nor other. It usually happens when flying in mountain areas. Thanks for your help! Merijn.

You don't have to be a part of the squadron. Just register on the forum and ask someone and you will get all information you need. There are some 74th member here too.
