I also had a massive performance drop after updating. The reason, at least in my case, was that the settings in OpenXR toolkit (CTRL+F2 while in game) were back to default after DCS last update. I reset them and I am back to usual performance. Hope it can help any of you

Looks like I found a way. Hope it may help others. - DO NOT start WMR - Start DCS MT BETA, let it open WMR for you - Once in DCS with VR working, start XRNECKSAFER It works for me, now I won't break my neck checking who is gona kick my ass.
