Press "Retry" to reactivate the application. If the error recurs, press "Error report" and send the report to product technical support." What can i do?

can somone help me? i get "protocool is not corectly installed" when i try to start EDIT: Fixed the protocol! now its working :) but i get only 3mhz FPS? why?
