Ability to fly Russian while hearing English communication from AWAC and other flights

For single player, I found that static objects other than static aircrafts causes the game to get stuck on sim post start especially with the Super Carrier. For multiplayer I do not know the cause.

I'm so tired of all this, I just stop purchasing. It's like I'm at a dead end and there is a huge brick wall standing in front of me. I'm tired!
