  1. Trev. It sounds like you have the same problem I had. I'm running W7 with UAC on, DCS A10 in admin but TIR was not being run as admin and I could not get any of my hotkeys to work. Once I started running it as admin everything worked perfectly. I did however have to completely redo my profile because once I ran it in admin for the first time it erased everything
  2. However, if you are desperate you can flip the "Wep Arm" switch I believe it is and then the "ATGM Jett" switch and basically use the Vikhrs as rockets. I've actually done that before just trying it out.
  3. Realistically speaking, I don't think any ground crew would ever want to service an aircraft on an improvised runway. With little to no secruity, not to mention I don't think many A10 RL pilots would like to land on a dirt road in the middle of no where. About the only think you'll ever see landing in that kind of condition, like said above is the C130 and even then they get back up as fast as possible or they drop the ramp and kick out whatever pallets they have (chutes sometimes included).
  4. Honestly I haven't seen any reason to have Visib Range on High, the TGP doesn't seem to see much further anyways (atleast it didn't in previous versions-tried many times) and it's not like you can visually spot ground units or even air units from that far away. Too tiny of a pixel
  5. Last night when I went through it I set the bomb up in the inventory page with different codes and also set the TGP with the same code. Making a profile and then trying to activate it didn't work as it would reset back to the orginal code. But like previously mentioned there were 3x of the profile each with different codes, but you could only get to them once you clicked "View Profile" and then cycled using the Up/Down arrow OSB's. From what I noticed it's either all or none. The default profile worked and changed it's code(automatically too) as long as all of the bombs had the same code and they tracked the lase perfectly while falling too.
  6. I just tried to setup the profiles myself and I know it's worked before but like said the laser code resets. I tested with different codes on different pylons and it looked like #5 was the dominate one, but once the weapon released the code I set for it did not work while lazing. The bomb's all seem to all go for whatever the majority of the bombs are coded for.
  7. Try editing the original profile, it originally had those bombs attached to that profile and is selecting them because they were on that original. It may or not work but it's worth a try. I haven't had to change my laser code for awhile but I know in .7 I didn't have problems with it. Other than hen I forgot to change the tgp laser code haha. Mayb it's trying to select the bombs that are with you laser code, who knows. Also if you could post a track plz
  8. I noticed that they changed the sound for the battery as it starts to power the inital system and the APU when it spools.
  9. I don't think he was talking about the hof, but the way they are released when pickled.
  10. You could set the profile up in the DSMS much like the same for the gbu-12/10 changing it's auto laze or time. Changing the default to ccrp instead of ccip. It will push to ccrp when you cycle the profile using the dms as that activates the auto profile instead of manually selecting it via the DSMS. I always do this as part of my startup while waiting for alignment
  11. If you're scrambling A10s for Air to Air, you've got more pressing issues to worry about :smilewink:
  12. I believe v5 is broken also. We uploaded it on the dedicated today and had no joy. The first tasking would come in, Priority 2-Clean. And then nothing for 5 minutes, typed getupdate and it would give the "Trigger was bought by the lowest bidder" text. No tasks were given. On another note though. Keep up the good work, it's a most entertaining mission and we really enjoy flying it.
  13. No, however I've been working on an excel spreadsheet that tells you alot of that information to include takeoff/rotate speeds, lateral weight loads, gross weight/% of gross weight etc etc. pop on over to www.354th.org and get with me there if you wanna take a look at it.
  14. Move it to one of the cornors of the screen or to another moniter(if applicable). If you leave it in "click" mode it's profile is quiet small and easy to hide in the cornors.
  15. goto your DSMS, and in inventory for stations 1 or 11, goto the missiles page, it'll be CATM-9. However, I do not believe you can select both at the same time. The way around this is to manually select one on the dsms turn it on, and then select the other and turn that one on. Both will puff.
