    Nobody told you to set locale to RU. It was an example to show EN 1.0.1b version works fine on any locale. Calm down, or I'll give you a warning.

    Just checked (for three versions, EN, RU, DE) again. For example: Installed German release 1.0 version. Imstalled German 1.0.1b patch. Set Windows locale to Russian and launched. No errors, all is runnung normally. Check you have no old input files.
