    This just happened to me too. I believe I did everything right, however I landed on the carrier before Sluggo. Could this be the reason why?

    Just completed block 1. These are awesome! Thank you so much for making them.

    What was fixed for me was Smoke following after launch and talking on the Radio after AAR. Now I get no "Tapes On" from him after I orbit WP4 until my fuel runs out.
