Nothing, when I hover over the mark there's no popup at all In my case the transpose mode keybind works as long as I dont touch the middle mouse buton (MOUSE3) binding. When I bind anything to it the transpose mode breaks I want o set up my MMB to toggle curosr on/off and my side mouse button (MOUSE4) to transpose mode, It's not possible because of this error

I have the same issue as the autor mentioned. I've found out that the transpose mode keybind breaks when i set anything on middle mouse button I tried your fix but unfortunately it does not work, it fixes transpose mode binding yes, but I still have to setup the buttons myself and after a game restart it breaks again. I just want to click MMB to toggle cursor on/off and hold mouse side button (MOUSE5) to use transpose mode. ED support said they can't reproduce the issue.

I have the same issue, my transpose mode is broken when i bind cursor on/off to MMB. I've contacted ED support but they weren't able to recreate the issue. What system do you have your DCS on? It was working fine when I used Windows10 but broke when switched to 11. ED support told me they have no WIn11 tester to check it on for now
