    It is always worth cleaning metalshaders and fxo after a patch, just delete the entire folders.
    I haven't tried the F-5E yet after this patch, but this shouldn't be happening.

    Its an auto exposure bug in DCS MT, see this topic, you can add your examples too.
    In fact, with Kiowa it occurs very often, but it is rather the bug of the DCS and not the module.

    Easy comm may not work in every module, I don't know if KW supports it, so it may not be a bug but a feature that only the full radio only works here.

    I dont think so. I use buttons for this on joystick HAT and can recive "near" stable flight. Maybe not "hands off" with trimming (for this you have autopilot), but looks realistic, nothing strange for me.

    I just noticed it. In the Special tab, I have an option to rearrange the position. The default is 5 which is too close, at least for me. 0 and 1 are a bit far away but 2 is already great! Cool idea, actually every model should have this option. Thanks Razbam for this idea!

    Now it works only with trim function as attitude hold mode. You must slow down to 0-5kts (not more!) and use Trim to left, short press. 
    You can check this video also how it works (for me perfect, however you must go to this the first stage of hover manually):
