It fits together by slotting each piece together. The seat is screwed together though so it is all one piece and will ship that way. Hmm, for full dimensions... The monitor stand portion is the widest at about 30". The full length is roughly 5'. It is disassembled right now and will of course ship that way.

Just wanted to bump this....

Thanks.. yeah, seems like this is the new "norm" these days...

200+ ship very lightly used. I had it up for sale a while back but found out there was a delay on the other gaming chair I ordered. It was finally delivered so it is now time to part with my Jedi Pit. It is a bit dusty in pics. Item located in Tampa, FL. USA

I apologize if the this is the incorrect section to post under but I am selling my Jedi A10 cockpit. It is CNC cut/painted/assembled by me. I have not installed the switch panels or finished painting the main panel as I do not use either. It is a bit dusty in the pics... I would like $200+ ship... I am really only looking to get out what I put into it. Shipping will be tricky as there are many odd shaped pieces.

Has anyone tried to retrofit a TM Warthog on a playseat evolution? (for dual use) I have Jedi's cockpit right now but have an Oculus on order and no longer need that setup. I wanted to mount the throttle on the gearshift portion and the stick in the middle with an extension. I would use the steering wheel mount for the keyboard.

These are all features currently implemented in Prepar3d. Big question is, how well will is DCS optimized for all this new eye candy. Also, will multi-GPU be supported....
-
I think he was asking about EDGE, not DCS World... I would be interested to find out tech specs as well.

Believe it or not, I used indoor latex paint and rolled it on. It dries really fast and you don't have to seal the wood which is nice. I used cheap Glidden indoor latex paint. Grainite Black & Seal Gray (Flat)

A bit of finishing items to take care of... Mounting Warthog HOTAS today... I am at about 20 hours & counting on this project.

100% CNC Cut... So... Many... Pieces... I do not envy those who had to cut this out by hand, but I am sure it is well worth the payoff... More pics to come...

Pic of pit in all its prefinished glory. (blurry) My office now smells like wood sealer! Guess I should have waited a bit longer before I brought it in. I get "high" when I fly.... :megalol:

Tampa... I can box the pieces up fairly easily...

Well, got all the wood sealed and ready to paint. Assembled it up yesterday. I didn't get pics yet, was too busy flying! Just a side note, if anyone wants to buy this thing, I think I want to build the Jedi cockpit as it has the center stick... I will most likely put it on the "for sale" subforum shortly.

Oh man, why did you have to show me that... I may have to build that one and sell the one I just made.

I actually ended up building this because my new TM Warthog didn't fit on my desk. I have a 23.5" monitor, TM Warthog, TrackIR, and Saitek Cessna pro pedals... I am a bit worried that the monitor will be too far away. I think I will deal with it till the Oculus VR is released.

I could have used a smaller bit for the corners but I was too lazy to chuck one up, lol... Pre-assembly last night... Paint tonight

Finally decided to take this sim stuff a bit more seriously. Found the Akers-Barnes plans online and decided to have a go at it. Luckily, I have access to many CNC stuff. Just so happens we have a CNC router as well. Took me longet to load that sheets of plywood. The only drawback to finishing the edges with a .375" bit is that I now have a ton of edges to square off. More pics to come... 36"x48" sheets cut Loaded on the CNC Cutting Cut

Feeler over... definitely keeping!

Probably a good idea... I am waiting for the Logitech G940 to go back on sale as well as I saw it down to $200 a couple months ago. All I have now is a stick with a slider throttle and twist rudder...

Not to go off topic but... How many volts are you putting to your cpu? I have read many different opinions on what is acceptable. Some people say 1.45-1.55 others say dont go past 1.35. I am 4.5Ghz @ 1.30

First off, thanks guys for all the info, you have renewed my faith in sims again. FSX left a very bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, gone are the days of framerate dipping into the single digits.... Innerloop, I am pretty amatuerish when it comes to overclocking but this new sandy bridge chip OC's like nobodys business. I did a bit of research and got lucky becasue I had just decided to build a new rig for the first time in 5 years. From what I can tell, it looks like you have an easily overclockable chip as well and should look into doing so. I actually bought the Corsair H50, the model under yours and it works wonders for overclocking. I didn't check if linking to other sites was permitted but overclock.net has tons of information on overclocking the i7-920. From what I understand, they are pushing 4Ghz as well.
