  1. Here's a little graphic I made that explains the flight mechanics of an AI aircraft depending on it's mission editor waypoint type chosen.

I've also included a K.I.S.S. or TLAR rule of thumb for how to easily calculate your lead turn distance to commence your turn.

  2. nullAnyone know what the name of this shape file is and where it is located?  I've searched every MBD or MER shape file in the Bazar folder to no avail.

The missing texture on the AI F-4E could easily be fixed if the shape file is located. It's the MER for the outboard pylons 6 x MK-82s.

  3. Can confirm RichCotte's finding.  RAR file for Human Pack contains only DDS textures. Can anyone upload an alternative working link if you were able to download a complete copy?

    PROBLEM RESOLVED

I was using Windows 11 (23H2) Explorer native Extract All to open the RAR file. Oddly, the Massun92 Asset Pack Version 3.0 extracted just fine.  Humans 1.0 did not.

I used Nice File Viewer to open Massun92 Humans 1.0 without error.

Kobra posted new links for all the VSN mods

    Here, last post,

Can confirm "black mold" texture fix as mentioned by several above works as stated. Glad to see you and Eddie still kicking old timer.  😁

  5. Maestro,

Love the 5 new Syria Map airfield expansion to the south.  Can you put some AI parking for C-130, C-17, KC-130, KC-135, B-1, and B-52 on Muwaffaq Salti (OJMS) and B-52 on Incirlik (LTAG) to aid mission creators?

    Cheers,

What I did to find out which mods caused conflicts was moving each mod (except for Currenthill's stuff) into a separate folder.  I then reinstalled the mods, two at a time, started DCS, did some tests with the mission editor, exited, installed another two mods, and repeated the whole process  As soon as a conflict or bug happened, I'd know which mod caused the problem.   It's a time-consuming process but it works.

Sometimes the DCS Crash Logs can help you find the offending mod ...
