  1. Maybe a bug in the comparation if ammo is = 0. If you had 1 bullet left and you shot 2, the ammo remaining is -1 = 0xffff = 65536 (if the ammo check is done every x rounds or time). Posibly the bug lies in the instruction ammo=0 and should be changed to ammo<=0.
  2. g) AIM-120 can actually be fired in SARH and switch to ARH if STT lock is lost. This can enhance the 120's behavior due the higher emmiting power of the attacker's radar. My question is, if enabling SARH in the 120 -that will enhance the kill probability again because almost everyone knows how to evade an ARH with the help of the beryoza (cause indicates the missile distance)- can enhance the 120 kill ratio, and in the same time you can downgrade the AIM-7, with no efective kills in real world, making it more susceptible to ECM and chaff. Anyway, Flood mode is really fun... ;) h) So they apear in radar if they are close enough? Nice! Modern sams sistems can fire a against an incoming HARMs too.
  3. ¿Do you'll maintain the angular apertures of each radar or will the awacs planes be "omiscent" and see right above and below them? Just keep the "rotating cone" phisics, I'll want to hide somewhere :D :D In the awacs screen you can update the contats in a stepping maner that will be nice. And ¿can you work a little -even doing yourself- and calculate if a target can be seen by an Awacs? with its radar cross section and reflectancy (calculating aspect, distance and target size, not very dificult to do. And invisible planes should be invisible till almost visual range of the awacs). Anyway, thanx for your good work. :D :D
  4. Possible radar issues for 1.1 a) New in 1.1: In v1.02 the flying -or deepdiving- destroyed planes were detected by radar and EOS and were able to be shot till complete destruction. In 1.1, a kill shot of single missile makes the target "disapear" from radar and eos sensors, and trashes the other missiles that are flying against the same target, no mather if IR -even being a flameball- , ARH, and SARH. :confused: :confused: That is not real, isn't it? Painting a destroyed plane should be possible. b) In CAC modes using Radar and/or EOS, target data (speed, altitude and heading) doesn't apears on HUD or MFD, but same info is avaiable in BVR in eos and radar mode. :confused: c) A target that enables-disables ECM several times trashes SARH and ARH weaponry, and radar always looses lock, even in lesser than 10 nm range (burntrough bug?). Very annoying. d) Cy-25T laser misiles or bombs doesn't home to a target painted by another Cy-25T's Prichal. External lasing would be extremely fun! Safe painting with other's storm-approach to target, under heavy AAA and SAM. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: e) Chaff does'nt tricks radar in WVR. In CAC mode it doesn't create false contacts. Don't know if that is accurate, but I bet that it should. Same with flares and EOS. f) Sometimes, BVR-EOS is able to detect and range a rear facing plane. When I turn on radar to IFF, it doesn't detect nothing. I tried HI, MED, ILV -target doesn't ECM-, panning the cone and else. I was at 6000 m and target was flying at 10200, range 12 km. Only in MP plays. g) Sparrow effectiveness too high? And AIM-120 can SARH if launched with STT, making it more difficult to evade (Beryoza active missile green lights method). Adressing this and making the 7 lesser would be nice. h) Can AAM be fired against large missiles like C-300 or Patriot? EM can be fired against Harpoon and SLAM in 1.02 and 1.1... Cheers. :) :)
