I've read entire thread just to find if it's mentoined by somebody ;o) That was my first idea. I think (AI) handled B17's, Me-109 and trains would be great too.

I hope I finally make it finished this weekend :/ Just too much bussy last weeks and also new wheel+pedals so... But after my weekend shifts I hope fruits will be there ;o) -
Hello guys, I am sorry, I was a lot of bussy last days, but I still have a plan make it finished. For now you can back up your "/Config/Export" folder first, then you can use my Config Foleder http://ul.to/n9suko9v and run G940leds.exe before start the sim: When you understand how G940LEDS.LUA file works, I think you will be able to add more functions. ( more here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1239472&postcount=5 ) For now there is only Flaps and gear indicator at P1 and P5 buttons Regards Hanzales

Help Required Exporting Variables

Hello guys. First of all thanks for your work on this. Please can you confirm this is working with A10-C v 1.1.1.1 ? I just did all steps but not able to make it working :/ - changed "EnableExportScript = false" to "EnableExportScript = true" - propertly added lines to "Export.lua" (with notepad++): dofile("./Config/Export/G940leds.lua") CoroutineIndex = CoroutineIndex + 1 Coroutines[CoroutineIndex] = coroutine.create(g940leds_example) LoCreateCoroutineActivity(CoroutineIndex, 0, 0.1) -- start directly and run every 0.1 seconds - Copyied files "G940leds.lua" and "everyframe.lua" into the folder: DCS A-10C\Config\Export - Copyied the executable "G940leds.exe" and launched before starting the simulator: DCS A10C After running G940leds.exe it shows: Found a Logitech G940 Joystick Found a G940 throttle! Listening on port 33331 All LEDs turns OFF and from that point nothing happends no matter what I am trying. :/ I am starting to be a little bit desperate :/ EDIT2: heh I'm a programmer noob. But I figured out I have to delete " --[[ " at the begining of the script itself so... now it works! I'm not sure how many G940 users there is, flying with A10-C, but soon I will post my updated config with working LED's and easy instructions to modify stuffs to own needs. Thanks a lot anyway, without your knowledge it means no G940 led support for A10-C. Everybody will be in credits when done :book: -
I didn't broken my wings (yet) :) Maybe after I saw video bellow (it was before my first flight) I can fly much more.... like with a mass, not just with textures and polygons. Anyway in case it wasn't mentoined before, I'd like (very like) to see at least visual G-Force blackouts and deep breathing effects. It would be awesome:thumbup: Edit: well seeing it again, I am really missing track IR so much, especially for maneuevres and orientation points. Also in case there are black outs above high G's I didn't archieved them because of that video :D Mainly check time 6:40. I thing that wings suffered the most force there, well after 4:00 HI "G" turn. I did that "break" above ground last time, survived and it was great :)

Hi TinyUK, I would like to give you my G940 setup. You don't need use my bindings, but there are included instructions and sample images with recomended settings. You need to change only Spring Effect str. to add more or less tightness and feeling. I can trim Hog with a few clics and then put my hand out of the stick without autopilot needed. Well it's needed when pushing buttons f.e. ) While maneuevring is smooth without too much force to handle at the same time. I'm just not sure if I can give a link from Lock On files, so google for: Logitech G940 - DCS A-10C Warthog. Maight come handy, at least you can give it a try. In case you will be interested about button laout, it works with 1.0.0.8 and also with 1.0.0.9 update installed over 1.0.0.8 version. EDIT: Also common tip to do a clean full install and try it first from there, with axes configured from scratch, then try your saved config files (lua) is usefull. As a first step I can recomend to use specific game settings under Logitech profiler. Just to be sure you really do the changes to the FFB and it's not lost somewhere. It happend to me sometimes, that my G9 mouse profiler do not recognize DCS executable, and I need to start game for second time, so profile is loaded and indicated by different profile color. By the other words, using Specific Game settings is always safe.

DCS: A-10C Warthog 1.1.0.9 Full install is up!
Hanzales replied to cjlive's topic in DCS: A-10C Warthog
I am so happy :) It just appeared so fast and suddenly. Looking forward for 1.1.1.0 and Nevada map as for anything else, but for now most of my issues seems to be fixed from 1.0.0.7. (I've purchased) And all that little stuffs like fixed shadows, or DMS/TMS visual orientation, or cockpit glass reflections makes it polished again ;o) + all that uber extra fixes in short time. Damn I can't wait until I collect all necessary knowledge to play online and to be a supportive next one there ;o) -
I've done almost 10 takeoffs/landings. None of them with a single accident. (6 hours spent in total with a Hog for now) but it has to come one day. Damn, I scratched my GAU-8/A 30mm cannon, poor baby. I just pulled stick slightly at 125 knots as usual then suddenly BANG!... Maybe I just pushed breaks too hard reaching start of the runway turn. But that cannon breaks good, no doubt. Better then wheel and air brakes together :D ...but my cannon  EDIT: To be honest I have had my engines maxed about next 4-5 seconds after front wheel flew away :) Just doing  EDIT2: I've just did my usual underwire flying but that one was so close, but still smooth :)

Oh thanks a million! I'm usually sucesfull with searching stuffs but all I googled today was useless :/ Great to know there is no need to build customs. I really like to build things, but time is the biggest problem in my case :/ I will get them as soon as I get TrackIR (is it working with 64bit executable now btw?). Need to save some finances first again :) Thanks again for your tip! Btw all that setups in this tread looks amazing. Your wifes must be very happy to have such a skillful guy at home ;o) Here's my humble nothing (yet) with at least something :) http://i.imgur.com/r24Nx.jpg EDIT: I will need also two proper sized LCD's and use it with helios, correct? EDIT2 Not sure what I was thinking during last EDIT question :) Sure I found whole thread and found liliputs can be used :)

Hey Blaze, I can see I'm missing one more "menu-folder" named DCS next to GAMES "menu-folder" at the taskbar :D I've just realized that I collected too many learning material dedicated to Warthog and it's time to get them sorted and ready. Thanks for tip via your desktop screen ;o)

Hi there, please where can I get thoose nice MFCD's ? I've noticed that theese are used by more ppl. Is it a custom MFCD or it can be bought anywhere? Edit> ergh, now reading desription I realised it's only prepared for mini LCD. I was just confused to see thoose MFCD's several times here and there...

You know when it's time to take a break from DCS A10-C when..
Hanzales replied to HAVOC131's topic in DCS: A-10C Warthog
When you start listening music for not so long time, but you start Warthog meanwhile anyway just to play with stuffs in cockpit and learn more and more, trying to figure out some of that stuff by yourself too ;o) Next day you wake up and immediatelly look around to check if all systems are all right, then realise there are no switches or buttons in your bed. BTW each time I done some training and then do some spectacular manoeuvres for fun, like clean landing from impossible angle and speed, then turn around, take-off, do a cuban 8 directly to a clean land again (without track-ir).. I'm realy sad that Save Track function is missing during training missons :) When I archieve something special, it is only during training missions I am currently flying again and again. -
ED The best :) I need to say thanks to ED Team as well! I am really amazed by their work and also extremly excited about upcoming patches and other products. ED support is amazing btw. All other devs should take an example about how proper support care about fans ;o) I hope I will cover all necessary stuffs needed for a MP sessions and when Nevada comes out, I will be ready (I hope) and very very happy. Best smiley I have evere seen at the end :pilotfly: ...and best wishes to the ED Team. Thanks a lot again for all of your effort! EDIT: My bookmark folder named DCS-A10 became fullest folder (ever) :) Still collecting all possible info around ;o)

Updated training missions for v.1.1.0.8
Hanzales replied to EvilBivol-1's topic in Mission and Campaigns
Thanks a trillion!!! You guys are amazing. Best support I've ever seen. As a beginer I have everything ready and steady after a week + patch as a bonus. And when I stucked with training missions, FIX appeared so FAST. Thanks again you are thinking about every player around. Keep up your perfect work. I'm your supporter forewer cause you bring me back to simulation world since I've played Eurofighter 2000 last time ') Now I think I have a new hobby. Can't wait for upcoming products. All my thumbs up. -
That would be perfect! You guys rock. No reason to apologize. We know there was a lot of other stuffs to be fixed and tested and tested again. Training missions could be easilly overlooked. Current project is a miracle itself and I'm amazed to the maximum and proud on you as on programmer leaders. I'm sure I will support any upcoming projects as well. For me, this is what I'm looking for since EuroFighter 2000 times...
-
I am a rockie so currently at training missions. Have to wait for next patch, but still can learn everything else around. Anyway your list of bugs come very handy, especially can know what to expect during tutorial missions. thanks a lot for your work. Also no problem to revert back to 1.0.0.7, past training missions and go again for 1.0.0.8 ;o) At least we all appreciate somebody list theese bugs so they can be possibly fixed with next patch.

I just noticed that force feedback is somehow better (but maybe it is only my instant-tweaking). Anyway, is it only my thinking, that terrain texture around buildings area now match to the land texture? I think before terrain texture was brighter around building area and now it match perfectly. And surround sound + cockpit shadows, magnificant !!! Also more stable framerate and overal smoothness. Great Patch!!!

I can confirm ILS 110.30 MHz not recognized. Tried at least 4 times. Anyway thanks a lot for patch. Everything else = :worthy:
