Install order Do I need to uninstall everything and start from scratch to upgrade? If yes, is the new install order the following? Anyone using the cold and dark start version Combined Arms Georgian Hammer Campaign Beta version in 1.2.0? I added the files into my campaign folder but I cannot see them when I launch the game in DCS World under A-10 campaigns.

Thank you for the directions. I tried RALT-\ but it did not work. In the key mapping for KA-50, I have \ as the comms. Do I need to change it to RALT-\? I will give it a try later. I can get the tower before takeoff by using \ but nothing else works after that. Also, is there a way to start cold and dark in the campaign? I tried to modify the missions in the editor but the start location is grayed out.

I just got the BS2 upgrade and I am having trouble connecting to my wingman and tower on single missions and campaing. I have downloaded the DCS World sound fix and the DC-10 comms are fine but cannot give orders to wingman or request anything from tower. Anyone else having comms issues in BS2? thanks.

Thank you for the reply. I was able to get the zoom in and out working. It was a conflict with Trackir x axis settings. I hope they fix the other issues soon.

1.2.0 Issues I just noticed this new DCS world and 1.2.0 version. I installed the game with Admin right and everything went well and activated the game. Here are my issues and I noticed others posting similiar problems in different forums. - When I launch a instant mission or campaign I cannot click on anything in the cockpit of A-10. The cursor is a yellow plus sign. If I minimize the game, the cursor will come back to normal. I have the same issue with SU-25T when I try to end the mission. - JTAC does not seem to be working. I can contact JTAC during the campaign but I cannot get a reply when I try to do a readback. Not sure what is going on? - Zoom in and out is not working in SU-25T. I tried to map it both to my joystick and keyboard but nothing. I am using TrackIR. Do not have the issue with same joystick mapping on the A-10. - Su-25T crashes the game during the campaign. - None of the SU-25T training lessons work - The only way to end the game in some mission is to use the Task Manager to exit the game. The is mostly an issue with SU-25T - Overall, I like the new updates but the game is not playable as it was with 1.1.1.1 version. Anyone else having the same issues? Is there going to be 1.2.1 patch to fix these issues anytime soon? I am running Win. 7 64bit. TrackIR 5.

Thanks everyone. I got it working with China Hat Aft long. Now, I have another issue. I am trying to play the Hideout mission and my GBU-38s are showing ALN UNS in flight. I tried the mission a few times and I just noticed that the GBUs are showing the same ALN UNS status on the ground. I am not sure what I am doing wrong during startup. I am waiting until INS NAV RDY message before even taxing. Any suggestions?

thanks. Yes, I want to move the boresite to another target but it seems to stay with the previous target and cannot get it to slew quickly to another target especially if I am facing a different heading.

I think I have learned most of the systems but have a few minor challenges. Communication - I am not using easy communication and have the right freq. dialed in based on briefing. How can I contact air support (eg. F16) to help during a mission? I cannot seem to contact them on AM/FM or UHF freq. I had this issue with CSAR and a few other missions. Mavericks – How do you reset the SPI to a new target? Is it TMS Left Short? I use ‘C’ for setting SPI in TAD but not sure how to reset Mavericks. Is the time specified for EO power based on clock time in the mission or countdown timer? I have set the clock to say 12:30:00 but when plane clock reaches 12:30 nothing happens to EO power. Thanks.
