I found out about Il-2 after the debates about .50 cals killing Tiger tanks. Shame as I would have enjoyed that.

If they work when the throttle is back but not when forward then the connector to the pcb in the throttle is flexing. A very common issue. All the pots/hat switch/buttons use a 6 core cable.

Thanks for that :) I cant find anything like you used so its either a PC psu or a battery charger, but I am not sure how to get the psu to start without a motherboard. Do you think that I could use the old power supply of my busted buttkicker? Connector A feeds the pcb Lead C goes to a heatsink B and then into the transformer.

Cool Mr P, How did you power your car sub amp?

I was thinking of using a car sub-amp as well but was told that the problem would be getting enough power (amps) to the sub. Maybe a better way is to buy a used home cinema mains powered sub.

If you do the Leo Bodnar mod you will fix the pedal issue. I will look at some cooling for the joystick as my 1st stick packed in after overheating :(

TS overlay will put the name of who ever is talking in the top left hand corner of the screen. If you dont want to use it uncheck the overlay box. If you do want to use it you will need to configure the overlay.

The problem that Logi have got is that they have lost all credibility. The G940 could have been a must buy for the flight sim community but they cocked it up by ignoring the early users reports of the wire situation in the throttle and the reversal issue on the pots used in the throttle, rudder, and rotaries. Even if they made a Warthog quality hotas with force feedback no-one would believe them.

Its a shame that Eagle Dynamics cant supply a downloadable Lomac and give Ubi the money. After all thats all Ubi want.

With a bit better design and parts they could have had an excellent hotas/rudder pedal set up. Looks like its dead though.

I hope that they model the 50 cals correctly or it will end in tears :) Sink ships, kill Tiger tanks etc.

Hi I have just got a pair :) Does the software combine them into 1 device? I also do Il-2 and there is a 4 controller limit in that game. I know that one brand of controllers has a combine option (might be CH though)

Had a quick search but does anyone know of any input limits?
