Nellis ATC has an issue with granting takeoff clearance. Pretty sure its a bug

I bought it and love it, but it tried to kill me! If you don't make the turn to 060 quickly (I did a standard rate) it won't activate the engine failure. The mission continues you at 060 6000' 420 knots which ends at a mountain that is > 6000'. Can't wait for the intermediate and advanced lessons
