As promised here is a very very short video of the B17 Flying Fortress being escorted by the Virtual Tuskegee Airmen. I was hoping to show much more of what this model is capable of but for some reason's on my end, some things are not working they way they should so I came up with this video.. Hope you like it, and hope you are not too disapointed..also like I mentioned my film editing has a lot to be disired..so for that..so be easy on me..:music_whistling: A Great job " Luckybob9 & SithSpawn " looking forward to the " Do17 " also a quick mention for the B-17 sound ( best heard with you sound volumn up loud ) goes to " Diveplane " and all round great job... Its up to the two gents in charge whether to restart up finishing the B17, right now I am having issue's with it ... for some reason now won't drop payload, even when it did.. But once again its up to them...they are working very hard to finish the Do17, its looking great..:thumbup:

Like SithSpawn mentioned I purchase the Do17 and passed it on to SithSpawn and Luckybob9 so I guess you can say, in a small way it is inhouse..only from the redoing of the model to work in DCS..more model's :thumbup:to come... Also wish to mention the both " Luckybob9 & SithSpawn " have done a fantastic job of it..it is great working along side with this project..cheers..

Yea, but the Gents wanted to keep it a secret for the time being..in case things didn't work out..as wanted and still was alot of tweaking and testing was to be done.. still tweaking/testing presently.. besides the boys are working another project along the same lines..I'm sure everyone will be pleased..with the outcome...:music_whistling: I'll leave it up to them if they wish to announce what other project is in the works...

Video? I haven't posted our video yet..some issue being looked and once those are resolved, then we move on...mean while I am tweaking the mission for the video...:thumbup:

Just maybe..never know..but right now..the is a frame rate issue being looked..takes a toll..flying with it..more than one bomber..:music_whistling:

As you know I have mentioned that Luckybob9 & SithSpawn were quitely working on the B17, this project is now on hold due to the announcement of RRG intention's of making a B17. Here are some more pictures of tonight test mission run.. Hopefully soon I will have a video out showing it in action..

I could be wrong but it did appear that alot of the Mustang ScreenShot's were originally from DCS while they promoted the DCS P-51D Mustang.. If so, I think this is a bit wrong using someone else's work to promote what you are looking to achieve, but still I will fully participate once I start seeing more progress in model developement...:music_whistling: For now it appears to be only " Smoke and Mirror's "

You are correct about pictures posted of the B-17 ( Last Screenshot done by " SithSpawn " ) This version of the B-17 Flying Fortress was being worked on by " Luckybob9 & SithSpawn " and since RRG has announced their plans to add a B-17 this project was put on hold, during this time will be working on two other addon projects..I know you will like to see.. Also a video is currently being done with, payload dropping and escorts..should be done by this weekend..and as I am still relatively new at making video's I only hope you won't be disapointed.. In order to just go straight while taxing you must hold the stick back, doing this locks the tail wheel and prevents you from going to one side due to the torque of the props...

I agree, hope there will be period airfield's for Allied Forces takeoffs.. ie: Ramitelli Italy for the Tuskegee Airmen :music_whistling:

A few suggestions, you could jump onto the " Virtual Aerobatic's " server or find us " Virtual Tuskegee Airmen " usually online practicing everyday..so join anyone of these to get lots of help in flying the " Cadillac " of the sky..P-51D Mustang...:music_whistling: Cheers... :thumbup:
