thanks... just did what readme.txt said and I don't have a autoexec.cfg file there also...

Hello; Just noticed after talking with several good friends from here..that I don't have in my " Config " folder a file called " graphics.cfg " I have graphics.lua but no cfg file...but yet all runs fine... both installs are as follow; One DCS world on PC the other on laptop....both don't have a graphic.cfg file...:doh:

Well, it has been said it is a separate install already, but what I feel it will be a modular install into DCS World where once you are in the GUI you can select DCS World Multi-player or select DCS WWII Multi-player.. Only Luthier1 knows for sure how this will come about ... so this is all speculation..we only can wait to see what happens...and while we wait..the bickering will go on and on... Done for now...:music_whistling: It will be awhile for any results anyways...:doh:

As in my other post .. I mentioned it would be far easier to do updates to DCS World/DCS WWII in a singular issue than a multiple issue..if DCS WWII isn't broken then why have to go inside the whole package for a DCS World issue or vice versa.. Separate World's would be far more simple to deal with..and not shutting down everyone else...for a DCS World or DCS WWII issue.. Example: DCS World / DCS WWII combined issue = everyone is affected DCS World issue = only DCS World users affected DCS WWII issue = only DCS WWII users affected

The new Era has only just begun...

Its a new breed of computer generated thinkers... I personally love the P-51D Mustang and what DCS has accomplished with it..cheers...

Fair enough :thumbup: But I do feel the separation is a good thing for everyone..remember all the server list problems and everyone's server crashing( core related )..so separation I believe would eliminate these issues with the different era's if DCS WWII has server issue's it won't relate to DCS World...and so on...:thumbup:

And how quickly we forget all the updates, that have created modules problems here and there..while they fix one module problem it creates another problem to another module..I understand your concern..but why should WWII ear members be punished for DCS World errors with other modules..in that era..instead of having limit issues with one group you are putting all the eggs into one big problem..so now everyone has issues... Separation I feel will eliminate everyone from having to deal with issues not related to their flight era..and from enjoying themselves..

Never said it had anything to do with multiple installs..just expressing progress.. Now who has a closed mind..

My mind is quite open...do you remember the long awaited upgrade from " Lock On Modern Air Combat "... Anything beyond is a great step for the Aircraft Simulation Community since every other developer starts out with a great idea, and suddenly becomes dead in the water..we should be grateful of the progress ED/DCS is doing for the community..

Well, your right, but in some ways of voicing opinions against certain things not to one's liking..is somewhat of bitching .. I guess I could've used some other way of saying that..like " Expressed Concern Against " project's not of my liking...

Yes you can have your opinions but it still works out to bitching about what you or anyone else is getting..with the fear like just mentioned in the thread they fear their beloved F/A 18 will be further delayed..forgetting that the WWII World is a 3rd party project..not DCS..so all their projects..will continue as planned..:music_whistling:

LOL....you just made my point more clearer...I have both jets/mustang/huey...current map is not accurate for WWII era..current map is though accurate to Middle europe theatre.. Me262...your kidding right..I think you should read up on your history lesson's my friend..it is the very first jet aircraft in the world...even though Germany were the creators of the war for many years they were way ahead in weapons developement...

One thing I found about here..is someone is always bitching about what they want...and not would be good for ED/DCS and the community... ED/DCS and 3rd party developers have enough of a time getting the product out let alone listen to every word of complaint out there.. You know they could always just say " Screw it! " and stop everything all together...so relax..if you don't like this or that..well don't buy it...no one is forcing you to purchase anything anywhere..you have the choice......:doh: I for one like the direction ED/DCS and what the 3rd party developers are doing...I don't intend to maybe purchase every module that comes out .. but would consider what excites me the most... I would say thats my " Two Cents " but our government eliminated the penny..so this is my nickle worth...:music_whistling:
