  1. The message as it read on my screen: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library RUNTIME ERROR! Program: C:\Games\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\dcs.exe R6025 -pure virtual function call _____________________________________ Hope this helps! :) DxDiag.txt DCS CTD Event Log.txt
  2. I get the same thing Ghoullees, radio comms with ATC or ground crew is flakey at best, sometimes I'll get permission to start-up other times I only get the permission after I've started up, same with permission to taxi and take-off, ATC always seem to direct me towards the final leg and then ask me to contact tower once I'm in visual but NEVER have I been given permission to land when asking for it, only when I'm almost on the tarmac do they give permission to land but they always order me off the tarmac once landed. I don't use the "easy comms" setting, I use the HOTAS Warthog mic switch to select the different radios. I'm amazed that some of you don't seem to ever have a problem with radios because from my perspective radios/ATC are completely buggered. Can't wait till they get fixed, it's a real immersion breaker when they don't.
  3. Oh please! add these! PLEASE! Also: informative (mouse over) tool tips for every option/function/button/vehicle in the editor organize the the encyclopedia into the same groups found within the mission editor (IE) Unarmed Vehicles, Armored Vehicles, Anti-Air, etc. ability to have the encyclopedia open within the editor (moveable + re-sizable window) "undo" button add a "skip to time" function so rather than starting a mission and accelerating to the desired time, you can start the mission at your desired time
  4. Oops there you go, me being a dumb ozzie and living on the other side of the planet from Nevada meant I had no idea Nellis AFB was actually in Nevada... Doh! :lookaround: No more dumb questions, I swear!
  5. I take it this project didn't work out since the first post is from 4 years ago?
  6. Ah my apologies, I just installed WinRAR and it seems it does things a little differently from WinZip which is what threw me, from now on I'll use WinRAR as this is what you guys are using. So in fact pretty clear instructions Wags. I'm doing well, my first post on these forums accusing the sim producer of not being very clear and it turns out I just fail at life. And now, I hope you won't hold it against me. :)
  7. Hello to all, long time lurker, first time posting, etc, etc. Having a bit of trouble understanding the install instructions, they read: EXtract 'Bazar' folder to DCS World 1.2.0 directory and allow overwrite of 'teplowoz.edm'. Now Firstly, I take this to mean to open/expand the bazar folderand extract the teplowoz.edm file into bazar\world\shapes (going by the path indicated in winzip)? And secondly, there is a vaz.edm included in the attachment you have provided but there is no mention of it in the install instructions and curiously this file appears to be empty/size:0 whereas the vaz.edm in my game installation is 30.5KB in size. So, is the vaz.edm you've provided meant to be there? Is it meant to be 0KB's? Are we supposed to use that file to replace the current vaz.edm? Not exactly the clearest install instructions mate, I won't hold it against you though ;)
