I have Arduino KU that work just great.

The only issue I have is that I need separate code for pilot and CPG seat.

I found that I can add a button or switch for change the code lines but is the DCS send info about the position so my code can listen to?

Try delete the metadata2 and fxo folders inside DCS saved games folders.
