but is it still right that p51 has more cockpit view back and forth then the present su25t?

I have seen them but I thought it was due to the track IR which most people has. But I dont have it yet. So if I understand now there is a difference in cockpit view between su25 standard and the P51. Is that correct?

so in fact, it is the same then as it was with the su25 free plane? if so then i will not buy because i have 3 sceens and the movements of the VC cockpit are very limited then.

I would like to buy the P51 but have a question first. installing dcs and looking to the free aircraft su25 it turns out that the movements of the cockpitt were very limited. There was in vc no 6...? present. If I buy the P51 is there a VC movement present? I have no track software only the keyboard to change.

so it is not me? regarding the other planes, are they function well with those keys are is it the same.

Yes i have it all, including in game press P1 and the one comes up JOY_BTN5 but i does nothing probebly it has to do what another gamer mentioned to me that is the SU25T is a free aircraft without 6DOF or something like that i dont know what it means but obviously the shortness of moving the cockpit whats your thoughts?

hi i do see now the right buttons and has been set on dcs in profiler went to the game and appointed the cockpit keys to the buttons in the throttle area but after starting up instant action , the buttons dont react

Hi taproot, thanks for trying to help me out i see no s1 etc only t1 and p1 etc. what do you mean with( In the shift settings I have typed in key letters) and in the game under controls and throttles I clicked in camara cockpit move back the P1 but it comes up with rcontr? looking forward to your answer duke

b.t.w. with alt F1 I got the hud only and again alt F1 give the cockpit again with control F1 I got a bigger hud only

I Always fly with 3d in fsx but in dcs i dont know what su25 as for free will give probebly it is 2d right? if that is the case then it wont work isn't it? are there a demo i.e flaming Cliffs 3 which i can try to see what 3d will offer to me.

i dont know i am not familiar with dcs my screen view is 5880x1080 my cockpit is too big and via / i can push it back but thats not enough so i dont know what else i can do to bring the cockpit more backwards thats all of my questions but no one has an answer

ok a few last questions before i step out of the dcs world as you know my major problem is , a too big cockpit which i normally in fsx could bring back. my questions are a-will in the new release of dcs that be possible and b-is it already possible in flaming Cliffs 3 c-is there a demo availeble to find out if that is the case in fc3 thank you all for the imput

so if the su25 has not the what you call 6dof then maybe i could try another aircraft or in flaming Cliffs 3? is there a demo to see if that one works for me?

thanks but as you can read in my question , the / will not only make the cockpit smaller but also the scenery. i would like to move the cockpit back only i know there is rcontrol/rightshift/num/ for backwards the cockpit but that one dont react

i am new to this site and have a question about settings in dcs su25 under controls there is a possibility for cockpit moving back with rcontrol+rshift+num/ but it doesnot work NO movement any idea what could be wrong b.t.w the / works only but then the cockpit and the scenery move at the same time and I would like to move the cockpit only

the problem is I dont know to fill in the right controls and to bring back the cockpit it is to big and not well spread over the sceen i have one screen but in reality 3 screens total 5880x1080 including bezel so in general i have not the right control setting and the cockpit is to big with / and * or -and+ doesnot work properly

I am new at this site and have a few questions I started with DCS and I have the g940 went to controls in the game and assigned the throttles and stick however i want assign the buttons on the throttles of 940 too but they do not react what do i wrong. Lets take an example i want the left upper button to move back the cockpit but it dont react on it or do i have to appoint it in the profiler logitech itself and how do i do that because in fsx it comes up with a list to assign but i dont see such a listin dcs. the minus and plus keyboard does it but thats not enough , the cockpit is still to much forward and too big.
