thanks for answers It works however I have to push F3 and then the bombs or rockets are released but if I fly in the vc cockpit F1 then it wont. is that a known fact?

I have the P51 and new at this site, my question is are there any updates for this aircraft or is that automaticaly done due to downloading the p51?

I just try to learn the wapens in the p51 I have a logitech G940 and to the stick I have one assigment for gunfire and the second one for wapens release. this one I put under the red button. but it doesnot work the guns work but there are no bomb release any help would be appreciated for this newbee duke

Well I made first all of the existing cleared then I filled in under p51 the throttle after this saved and put this one to su25 mouse and throttle doesnot work but in p51 it does. I understand now that su25 is not as p51 but throtles and mouse should work isn't it?

I am rather new with dcs and I bought the SU25. I also had the P51 and I saved and used the settings of my G940 also for the SU25. 1-Throttle doesnot work although it works for the P51. probebly I have to do something but dont know what. could someone give me a helping hand 2-the same with the mouse I can move the pointer over the screens but in the SU25 it is not there. duke

Hello I have a question regarding my setup I have 4 cores processor 3770k and a gtx680 2.0gb Is it better default with 3.5 + or to overclock it to 4.6 which I did for other games. I am asking this because I read that only 2 cores are needed. I tried a couple of months before to play but I had constantly stutters

I am rather new at this site and would like to start again after a few times of practising. Although I have a high end computer I cannot find a smooth flying. I use nvidia inspector and in the game setting. I tried NI almost nothing and used settings in the game but also the other way round. does someone has for me a good qualified setting for both I fly with the P51 and my comp specs are gtx 680 / SSD 512 gb/ 8 gb ram/3770K overcl to 4.6 ghz and giga motherbord Z77X-UD-3H duke

Hi i am rather new here and have a question regarding the trim option I have a G940 throttle,rudder and joystick on the joystick I have also trim wheels 3x how can I assign these to the game? I know how it works with buttons but the wheels dont react in the assigment any help would be nice.

No I know that but the problem was the automatic settings from dcs from my G940. I changed the P51 but if I started to fly quick mission then it turned out I also had to change the P51 game . So my rudders were the problem by these.

allright there we go: I was searching for the best settings in relation to my computer specs. The one I got from Jcomm was not the one which is suiteteble for me. In the meantime i will try to figure it out by trial and error. Furthermore I have a problem to fly with the P51 although I have practiced a lot with the A2A. If I setup a quick mission within DCS then the take off give me some problems. The rudder is overreacting and a slight of a movement causes problems. So i went to the controlsetting and try the rudder from 100% saturation to 50% but that didnot turn out well. So still with take off the plane crashes immediately although I use 5% rudder etc.

Still got problems with the plane i.e start quick mission I cannot get the plane in the air.If I use the rudder for one inch then it crashes tried the sat.. to 50% but didnot help sometimes the plane makes a turn by using the rudder of 180 degrees and this wonderfull aircraft goes on backwards.

I used for dcs the standard with app.contr and vsync off . in the game high settings and vsync on. no tree shadow and no cockpit shadow. bush and trees 50% and preload 150000 If I start in free flight and take the one start on the runway in the dawn then I got 20 fps. well I was not intend to clean the disc for fsx dx10 and shortly I bought xplane 10 for future purposes. DCS is a trial for me but like you said it is a pitty you cannot sightseeing which would be nice at my age. perhaps in my second home this year I will install DCS overthere on a seperated comp.

I have practice a lot last couple of days with the P51. I must say that the aircraft is much better then I thought so I have to come back on my words regarding non profesionnal issues. I am happy with it now. I still use fsx dx10 with A2A but for other reasons like orbx sceneries etc.

yes there were some items mentioned by you which causes some problems. like the takeoff assistant. I am in the free flight to prepair the next step. But still the plane has some non professional issues,it is more for general use I think. I will give it a change and maybe lateron in the game how it looks like. thanks for the replies.

I dont know if I do something wrong but i think this is a very simple made flying aircraft.Even more I have the impression it is far away from real. I am used to fly with A2A P51 which is completely made according the real specifications. So I am rather new at this site and may be there is setting missing in my installment but as fa r I can see it its very simple.

I have the P51 and cleared the categories and filled in the one I needed there is one cleared which i would like to have back and thats DPAD on the stick to move around. I dont know anymore which one was it in the keyboard. could you let me know? thanks for the help anyway.

thank you I will buy now the P51 there is however another problem perhaps you know someone who could help out I struggle with my G940 logitech to get the buttons working. They work in fsx and also in xplane10 but not in DCS any idea where to go?
