Although I didnt read it in depth it doesnt seem like a "dummies" guide to me,looks kinda complicated. Are you saying someone with little to no programming experience could do this? If so I'm all over it!

I tried it and its fun but its way too complicated as far as how to get the plane you want,the coins etc.

I say bring em on,hell I'd like to see DCS space shuttle while youre at it lol. I think the civilian aircraft would be a welcome addition as it would also help with that "sterile" feel that DCS has at times.

I think once we start seeing more DCS fighters come out Thrustmaster will start making removable sticks,I dont see how it would take much effort on their part,I think they are just waiting for a market....I hope.

No way that would work,a sim as detailed as A-10C would take the average person months to learn. I'm not buying your product if I have to study for months to use MP. The simplest solution would be to add a note to the server i.e. experienced only,noobs welcomed etc.

If it were up to me,and I know its not lol. I would make Nevada strictly an interactive training area. Flight School if you will .There are a lot of training missions missing from A-10C and this would be a perfect place to add those,air to air refueling,using a JTAC,formation flying etc. Just my 2 cents.

ok. I'm just wondering why in the mission editor, when you insert a FARP, it has a radio frequency that you are able to edit. It must have some purpose.
I'm an idiot lol,I didnt read the original post,I thought you meant in real life would you have atc at a farp,not in game :music_whistling:

Typically a Farp will not have an atc. Usually you will only have refuelers and ordinance at a Farp. I worked at a Farp during desert storm and we would usually have 6 or 7 guys max. A Farp is usually something that is setup very quickly and is temporary. A forward airfield would have atc etc

Well if DCS wants to throw in any fighter from any era and still say its a realistic scenario why not throw in DCS Tie Fighter.That would be awesome:music_whistling:

I too think that the P-51 is out of place,they should create DCS time frames for aircraft. For instance DCS Nam,DCS WW2,DCS Modern,and group aircraft and servers accordingly. If I'm on a mission in my F-15 and a P-51 patrol flies by realism just went out the window.

I did not put it here because I thought Coretex was doing the C Hornet,I just thought it was an interesting video.It's rare that you see a pilot going into the ins and outs of HOTAS and mfcd's like that.Does ED have an F-18 forum ?I will post there next time.
