Do I remember reading it correctly that the best thing to do is to purchase LOMAC original, patch it up, then add flaming cliffs? Is it true that there are some issues with LOMAC gold where it's probably best just to go with vanilla LOMAC and apply the patches?

What are the chances that the team decides to build a naval aircraft-based sim after the release of Black Shark? It seems like a lot of the necessary modeling for that has already been done, and it would be an incredible experience for sure. My apologies if this is a topic that's been hit on ad naseum, but I was curious as to what the prospects are for such a thing.

So if you're sitting close to the lcd, are you able to see things just fine, no problems? What resolution are you running through it, and would you recommend using that over a Dell 2405fpw?

Is it possible to run the 7900gtx in SLI mode, or does the fan and the taking up of the second slot prevent the card from being run in SLI?

And Griphy, with that Astar, are you using Powerstrip, or does your videocard automatically adjust that resolution to 1280x1024? That seems like plenty of resolution for playing games.

Interesting stuff. What do you guys think about the HP Pavilion LC2600N? I'm seeing decent prices on it, and it allegedly has a 4000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. I would assume it would work well as a PC monitor.

I'm leaning towards the 27" olevia. What kind of a resolution are you able to use with it?

Guys, I need some recs on which monitor to purchase for my new system. I am considering the Viewsonic VX2025wm, the Dell 2405fpw, and the Syntax Olevia 27" LCD TV. What do you think works best for lomac? The Viewsonic runs around 400 or so, the Dell is around 800, and the Syntax is 595. Advise me, please!
