Do you think my point is valid ??? In regards to getting ahold of the origional version????

In a way, it makes sense what the site is saying about BS adding all the content from flamming cliff's because......... Have you tried to go to the store's, any store and buy lock on gold?? or the Origional Lock On??? I have and the reply i get from the retails...EB games for one....... "Lock On Gold has been discontinued.... there not making it any more and were not slated to recieve any more copies" No wonder Lock on gold is going for $35 US on ebay, new, and sealed in the box. Mind you, you can find gold, new on amazon.com...... in the US and The UK.....i'm sure there's still a few stock-piles of lock on gold remaining............ But think about this.... your new to lock on..... you want to play black shark.... you go buy black shark...... ok fine. Then you find out you need the origional lock on:helpsmilie:......Hrmmm. but wait... they don't make it anymore, you can't buy it locally anymore:(...... How do you get around that??????? My own opinion .......... Black shark won't just be an add-on, it will be the Full install of lockon, flamming cliff's and black shark combined into 1 dvd, or a 2 disc set......... How else would they get around it ???????? Does it make sense what i'm saying?? Thoughts? ???:book:

I'm going to call EB games on monday, and see if they have it in there data base for release in november.... You would think it's credible info, but your right, too many times this has happend. Time will tell.

still trying to find a few more sources... but early november was the rumour, now at least one site is confirming it.

After i installed lock on, the first disc.... i patched it to 1.02. I tried it out, and the heat blur was fine. I then installed flaming cliff's, updated it to 1.12B, and tried the game again...... and bam... no heat blur, just smokey exhaust... My friends pc has the same set up , but his blur is fine. It's either somthing in the 1.12b patch.... or the flamming cliffs disc. I don't ever rember it doing this. will post a pic soon.

Has anyone else experianced this? When i'm powering up, i should have a transparent, heat ploom effect comming from the engines:), instead i have black exhaust... that's gets darker and darker as the engine get's up to speed. this does this on every aircraft. It looks to me like the graphics:book:of the heat blur have scaled down. I miss my see thru realisitic heat blur please help. :helpsmilie: 1.8cpu, 256Gefroce6200 vid card, 1.5GB of ram, 250GB hard drive.

If ED is keen and has some buisness sense, they'll get her out before Xmass '07. Buy the way everyone, I orderd the first component of my new pc for Black Shark....lol..... just a $100 Dual core ASUS board... but the hell with it...... I'm so stoked about black shark, even if it doesn't come out this fall, , the new pc i'm building will be wicked for FC. I'm glad everyone is interested in this thread,:thumbup: perhaps ED will have a peek at it and clue in that people are on edge waiting for it to be released, after all, who wouldn't want to play the worlds most advanced helo flight sim??? Judging by LOMAC FC, I can be confident in saying that LOBS will deliver and be outstanding. Been playing Flight sim's since 1996 and almost 30 years old. Can Anyone tell me what i do to fix this error message when i try to install Flamming Cliffs? "Error Code 3" Then the instillation rolls back and quits... :mad: Please Help !!! I've tried it with the stock lock on , 1.01 patch, ,, every which way. Please help me my game did work at one point !!!!!!:cry:
