  1. ^This. Thanks Bunyap.
  2. Try selecting 'DCS BS2 upgrade from BS1' instead of 'DCS BS2 international key' in the installer.
  3. Me and my buddies wanted to give this mission a try, but alas! It doesn't crash, but it appears the mission is still broken since the latest update. When you arrive at the hold point you get a message that CAS is available, and Darknight confirms this by saying they will be resuming the mission. However, they never move from their hold point... I had a quick look at it in the mission editor, but at first glance there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the trigger logic, so I have no idea what could be causing this.
  4. Flew it this week with some buddies. Really, really good stuff. If you have the time and some wingmen that know what they are doing this is a great mission. Thanks Joyride.
  5. To change your loadout on the ramp press lalt + ' You can load smokewinders on stations 1 and 11 (right-click, found under 'Pods'). To activate them go to air-to-air mode and then pickle.
  6. A new Bahger mission, yay! Just played it in single player, good fun. Comments: I don't know if you are going to add voice-overs at a later point (it certainly helps with immersion) but if you don't, consider playing a short radio squelch-like sound whenever the player receives a message. Right now radio messages are easy to miss.
  7. I managed to reproduce the problem with messages stepping over each other and fixed it. Also, because of the inconsistent and unreliable lasing behavior I took the liberty of changing Warrior back to an infantry unit, without marking and datalink. All he does is provide the player with a set of UTM coordinates that are accurate enough for the player the find the target by himself with the TGP. Accordingly changed the briefing to state "talk on" instead of "laser" guidance. Hope that's okay with you, Bahger. 8. Don't forget to set designation to laser in the mission editor (currently it's set to auto). Works for me. However, in my case Warrior lases the ground just in front of the bunker, so you will STILL have to lase the target yourself, unfortunately. EDIT: I have to confirm that lasing behavior is weird though. Just tested it again (with designation set to auto): as soon as I overflew the target I got a 'Terminate, no mark' message, along with Warrior designating the ground around the target instead of the target itself. I'll see if I can reproduce the problem with the tasking messages stepping on each other.
  9. Unfortunately, no, Warrior will not lase the target. I experimented a bit with this and it only works with vehicles as JTAC. The DCS user manual has the following to say about this (p.197): Apparently infantry doesn't count. Using a Humvee as a covert spec-ops unit seems a bit far fetched to me :smilewink:
  10. I actually meant Bahger, so he can review and update the older version if he agrees. He deserves the credit after all.
  11. Having had a blast playing your recent missions I decided to give your older work a try. Had just as much fun playing this one. Good stuff. However, over the years some things appear to have been broken (the indestructible ammo depot and TF Midnight never leaving their holding point at D-Town being the most notable), so I had to make a few changes to be able to finish the mission. Let me know if you want the updated version.
