    hello, your tutorial How to Edit Control Binding Files.pdf help me a lot,  but this document did't discuss axis. my problem is: how to bind the slide(pic below) in throttle(TM warthog)  to the rotary knob in game(eg. KA-50 HUD brightness control)? the slide is identified as a axis in DCS (just like knobs in other button boxes).
