Fast response, thanks! I was just coming back to edit my post to say I found it while get frustrated with the joystick and trying second trigger (X52 Pro), guess this is stop accidental launch? :pilotfly:

I have done everything I'd usually do to fire a missile, I even get "LA" but pressing all the buttons on the joystick/keyboard will not get the missile to fire. Cannon works though :noexpression: Even tried looking at settings to see if things had changed, nope SPACE and even RALT + SPACE did nothing on all planes for missiles :joystick: What could be causing this?

More natural smoke trail and explosion detail. More variety of missiles (inc. variants of each missile; AIM-120A, AIM-120B, AIM-120C, C-1, C-2 etc.). (unless there is already a mod for any of them?).

Got a link? I have searched and all I can find is broken links :( MIM-23 is very accurate with a Pk of 0.85 and longer burn time so I can see why they tried it. There was a video of flight and launch, I however cannot locate it.

I like to set up singleplayer scenarios sometimes. I know Iran developed an air launched MIM-23 HAWK missile for their F-14A's, would it be possible to attach a HAWK missile to a hardpoint, I am aware you can attach any AAM to any plane so I don't see much difference for SAM? (If no-one knows can you point me in the direction of a tutorial on doing hardpoints and i'll play around with it). Thanks, otester

Is it possible to just select AiM-120A/B/C instead of just 1 version? Same for other missiles? I like to try out different scenarios and this problem has halted it for now :helpsmilie:

Btw, N001 is not just one radar, it's a series, and has many variants such as: N001V (Su-33), N001VE (Su-30MKK/Su-33), N001VEP (Su-30MK2/Su-33). As you can see, Su-33 can use all of them so finding which one would fit in LOMAC time frame is a bit of a pain :) I quote:

In manual it says Su-33 is only plane that can track 2 targets at same time. How do I do this? (Everytime I try it and unlock to lock another aircraft the 1st missile stops working).

Su-33 is rly bad for acceleration. Cruise for while and you'll get 1000 easily.

So is there a patch in the works ?

I've seen many F-15's take off and those engines are powerful, can go straight up and get pretty high pretty quickly. On LOMAC 1.12a for some reason the engines seem to lack any real power when you really need them. Taking off being one example. But when flying straight it takes ages to build up even with (afterburner on all time), eventually getting upto 1500. This is real problem for Russian planes, F-15 is knowhere near as bad. Any reason why it takes so long?

Seems to be 5000m is minimum altitude to achieve stated distance according to manual. Performs ok now.

So R-77 50km isn't guaranteed at low altitudes (2000m)? What height is expected to achieve full or better results? On quick start mission for F-15, AiM-120 on v1.1 does 3600 (metric) and on v1.12a it does 3300 (metric) speed (all other options are identical), the v1.1 missile uses it's burner a lot more, same applies to AiM-7.

So which version is best and does Eagle Dynamics plan on fixing it?

I set to 50%, AiM-9 burner runs out after about 1/2km and AiM-7+120 run out at 3km. Is this ok since they're ment to be quite long range missiles?
