My laptop died yesterday, and of course I was a bit concerned about deactivation of my DCS stuff.
Reply by support came within 30 minutes, on a Sunday evening!

My laptops specs (Oh god, don't kill me!): 2.2 GHz Dual Core, ATI HD 5650, 4 GB RAM.
The thing was always standing on my desk, so it died for good, to be replaced by a proper desktop. (i7, GTX 770 and 8 GB RAM, two HDDs and a SSD)
