Thank you Zabuzard. I have now set up a Voice Attack command for Uncage (Jester Context Command Double Click). Easier than fiddling with the weapon Selector Knob. I suspect in real life the WSO would know when to uncage (without any pilot input, given that, while the pilot is the 'captain' of the aircraft, the WSO is the 'captain' of the sortie. 

Thanks @sleighzy. Problem fixed. In the Tobii Discord @SamStarion had highlighted the problem and advised the fix was to ensure the headtracker.dll was in the DCS bin-mt folder. I copied the headtracker.dll file from my DCS World version and now all is OK with my Tobii Eye Track 5.
Now to make a note to self for future updates because I have little confidence that ED will not stuff it up when the next update comes out. As an insurance I will continue to keep my DCS World version one update behind so that I can compare it to the latest version after future updates.

Problem solved - I think. In the Special Options for the F4E the FFB Gain was set at 100% for both Roll and Pitch. I reset these to 0% and was then able to bind both pitch and roll to my joystick in the F4E Axis Commands section. My Winwing F16EX Orion 2 Joystick is not force feedback so I do not know why the default settings in the F4E Special Options were preventing me from binding my joystick to the pitch and roll axis. I suspect that it will take some tweaking in the Axis Tune to get the stick feel I like. 

Have you bound keys or buttons in the F-15 WSO Controls setup. When you move from the Pilot (front seat) to the WSO seat (back seat) you also move from the F-15 to the F-15 WSO controls setup. 

Auto turn is bugged in BS3. It has been reported. You are probably doing everything right but the bugged auto turn is screwing up control of the helo. I have found it better to leave auto turn off and align the helo with the target by using left / right pedals. Not as good as auto turn in the old BS but workable nevertheless.
