Not sure what I am doing wrong when engaging in range targets with auto hover and autoturn on after positioning myself and trimming out.

Even as I move my rudders to line up on the target i have locked on to with trimmer held down and then release all controls, the nose starts to point away to the left and I have to start fighting the helicopter.

I've used the trimmer, I have auto-turn on, laser is on, target locked in the shkval, what else could be rotating me away. I'm thinking should I need to manually be switching off the pitch/roll/yaw buttons? Shouldn't have to if I've hit the trimmer at the end of pointing my nose at the target.

I'm missing something but don't remember having this issue with the Black Shark 2.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Auto turn is bugged in BS3. It has been reported. You are probably doing everything right but the bugged auto turn is screwing up control of the helo. I have found it better to leave auto turn off and align the helo with the target by using left / right pedals. Not as good as auto turn in the old BS but workable nevertheless.
