Please pardon my ignorance but when I purchased Flaming Cliffs, I did not get any serial number. Anybody knows how to get this after I got the game? It started when I tried to update the game. Any response to this question will be greatly apreciated. I emailed 2 letters regarding my situation and got no response for three weeks now. Since then I cannot start the game.
