  1. What are the black and white square HTKB indicators for and how do you get rid of them?
  2. Problem solved Thanks for the screen shot. My axis control list didn't look anything like it. Turns out I had copied my old joystick .lua into the mi-8 folder instead of starting out with the default.lua which came with the mi-8 installation. Thanks for the help
  3. How can I map the collective up and down to the joystick z axis? Currently the z axis is mapped to "thrust", but it would be much more useful to be able to control the collective with the joystick z axis. The collective command does not appear in the "axis" category.
  4. PROBLEM SOLVED! The windows error report created after the DCS crash mentioned something about 'headtracker.dll", so I removed headtracker.dll from the bin folder and no more crashes. I'm not sure my freetrack still works, but at least DCS does.
  5. My system does the same thing since updating to 1.2.6. Crashes and message that DCS has stopped working. The crash report created in the DCS/logs folder says this: # -------------- 20130914-172851 -------------- # C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at F49A1690 00:00000000 00000000 00000000 0000:00000000 F49A1690 102CFB80 0000:00000000 F301D177 102CFC50 0000:00000000 ?apply_updates@ForceFeedback@@AEAAXXZ()+387 F30135AA 102CFCD0 0000:00000000 ?getInvertY@ForceFeedback@@QEBA_NXZ()+8CA F3014963 102CFD90 0000:00000000 ?getInvertY@ForceFeedback@@QEBA_NXZ()+1C83 F3014EF5 102CFE10 0000:00000000 ?getInvertY@ForceFeedback@@QEBA_NXZ()+2215 F15486AD 102CFE50 0000:00000000 ?insert@?$basic_string@DU?$char_traits@D@std@@V?$allocator@D@2@@std@@QEAAAEAV12@_KPEBD0@Z()+1CD 6C361D7B 102CFE80 0001:00020D7B C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR100.dll _endthreadex()+43 6C361E17 102CFEB0 0001:00020E17 C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR100.dll _endthreadex()+DF 76FCB1BD 102CFEE0 0001:0001A1BD C:\Windows\system32\KERNEL32.dll BaseThreadInitThunk()+D 77766861 102CFF30 0001:00025861 C:\Windows\system32\ntdll.dll RtlUserThreadStart()+21
