  1. Upon successful launch you can always add in new free aircraft to coincide with other updates such as missions, terrain, world events.
  2. I agree with what others are saying here and the comments section. The three free aircraft seems too high. With only 5 to fly at the moment any new players enticed by the free aircraft are unlikely to stick around for too long. I still feel the Kickstarter required addons to allow people to customise their pledges to how they wanted them. Examples of which are in the text document I sent via Kickstarter. Edited version here https://www.dropbox.com/s/kprpuvvppisk1p3/Kickstarter%20Help.odt Most importantly Keep funding open after Kickstarter to help reach the stretch goals. Kickstarters (over the current $40) will get any of the goals hit through additional funding. The additional funding should have higher pricing (still lower than final) to reward those who have backed early on in this Kickstarter. As you hit the steach goals the reward prices should raise to reflect the additional value. Doing this would mean current backers get best value and it's profitable for them to get as many people as they can to add to the funds. Also keeps the people informed with video updates, live streams, WIP screen shots, polls.
  3. Map. I feel it's easier for them to add new planes later than it is to expand the map. I would guess missions and campaigns would break on a new map?
  4. Do 17 is looking good. Can't hit the FW but maybe I can take that down :)
  5. That looks mighty fine, shame it's on hold for the DCS WWII project. Even as AI only could make some good missions in the P-51.
  6. Thank you for this, I've been enjoying just memorising where switches are, but I think I'll use this till I'm more familiar with the layout. Looks great.
  7. I've noticed a couple of things while playing and could not see them in this bug section. Some may be DCS world engine bugs, but I've not looked as hard while in the other Airframes. If you click the image it will take it to the host site, click again for full resolution pictures. [1]. The Texture where the pannels meat near the door colide. If you move your head you will see it better. [2]. Moving the camera slightly causes odd shadows on the right of the screen. [3]. Here there is a solid black line on the shadow. Moves with the camera. [4]. The shadows move an awful lot for very little head movement. [5]. There is a shimmering / outline effect on the front most wheel. [6]. Odd / harsh lighting effects on the rear of the tail light.
  8. I'm sure people would like to be able to fly over the Normandy map in Hueys and over Nevada in B-17's.
