If you want to play the simulation side of DCS (it has an arcade style too), then you will not have a straight answer for your question, mainly because there are a lot of factors envolved, being the HOTAS only one of them.

I'm not a combat oriented pilot, so, my answer is "yes, yes, yes", but, as people very well said here, we will need some changes and additions to make these beasts useful in the field.

Sure Capt! o7 After resize and ending with a little blank space at the bottom, I just dragged some gauges from a Ka-50 section in the left side dropdown list. I don't know if this is the right procedure, but all gauges from your profile are working flawlessly, but those gauges that I dragged don't. Anyway, I don't want to waste your time, I'm eager for that Mi-8 profile :D If you don't mind, you can just point for some place where I can find a "start from scratch" tutorial. Thank you sir.

Hello everyone, I started to use Helios and, after some time I managed to get it to work, I'm using Capt_Zeen (Ka-50) as base profile, I needed to resize to fit in my screen, now I get a little blank space, for me that's ok, so I put some extra gauges there, but these doesn't work like the others. Do I need to do something else to get these new gauges to work? Thanks for your attention. :thumbup:
