  1. I think that is working as intended(your aircraft is slipping left or right due to crosswind)
  2. :lol:These may not be major planes But I like to mention Su47 and Boeing x-32
  3. Love how the flanker flipped
  4. MBD-2-67U Bombrack carrying 4 FAB-100 bombs can do some nice damage OR S-13 rockets.
  5. If you mean the brown textured gauges, that's actually bakelite.
  6. If your target is flying away from you and beyond a certain range while having ECM on, then it might be possible that radar wants to track in STT. That's what im having most of the time
  7. Tried it in level flight with full mil and when I lowered gear and used airbrakes the caret indicated I was decellerating, yet when I do it in a dive it indicates I'm decellerating while gaining speed. Just like you said
  8. So as long as the crosshair/aircraft datum is within the 2 inner notches I'm safe? And the outer notch looks like it represents the horizon as it is level with the pitch angle horizon line If I read it correct, this is comparable in function to the F-16/FA-18 HUD AoA bracket?
  9. With the new update I noticed a new indicator appearing on the hud. the Su 33 and MiG 29's received this as well. I presume it is used for landing because it dissapears when Enroute mode is selected, but how do you read it?
  10. I noticed a consistent bug with the UB-13 loaded on most flyable aircraft that can carry this launcher. The S-13OF rocket is loaded on the wing pylon on the same spot as the UB-13 Rocket Launcher. It's less visible on the front view on the inner wingpylon with the Su 33. And it looks like the launcher loaded on the outer wing pylon is sunk into the pylon a bit. Might also appear on non flyable aircraft loaded with the UB-13. It doesn't seem to influence gameplay and only seems to be visual. Otherwise really dig the new graphic models for the weapons Especially the AIM-7M:thumbup:
  11. Interesting flight model, especially engines sounds and stall. I wonder if the Su27 cockpit will get a working ekran panel. The hud shade screen is handy :D Anyone knows what the new "stick trim mode" keybind does?
  12. It's the open-betá update, I think we can expect more updates like the 109 for the open-betá version in a few more days. The Su-27 flies funny with AFM.
  13. Had a similar problem. What fixed it for me was turning ARC off and on again on the right panel.
  14. the reason the blades are colliding is because of dissymmetry of lift. When you are in forward flight or any direction with a helicopter you got blades rotating towards the path of flight and retreating from the path of flight. On 1 side of the helicopter the blade rotating into the airstream receives more lift than the blade on the other side retreating from it. And on the Kamov Ka 50 you got 2 rotor heads spinning in opposite directions which gives higher chances of the blades colliding at too high airspeeds.
  15. Su-27 HUD works fine. In the F-15C cockpit the trackir Z-axis is bound to head moving forward or backwards. In the Su-27 this could be binded to zoom in which it looks like the HUD changes size.
  16. DCS world starts a separate exe file as soon as you load a mission or join a server. That's why Shadow play stops recording, maybe you should try to start recording when you're ingame?
