Virgin Australia runs different maps on one of their servers. They have alot of mods too. I like the Hercules one.

Hey so my throttle started acting up lately. My A1 slider has been spiking when i use i and also th slider on the front of my grips only goes to 50% at full travel then when I move it all the way to the top it goes from 50% to 100%.
I use this for my zoom and when I go to set it in DCS it wont set any other axis in the game like on my Stick and pedals as well. I move the stick left and right and I can see any movement in the assign axis window but in the game i can see the stick moving. The throttle wont accept any input yet it works on aircraft I have already assigned.

Hey so I just updated to the latest version of the beta for the F-14. When I go to download it says that version 2.5.4.28461 is not available even to I says the same version number in the bottom right of my DCS home screen.

My man you should be getting way better frames than that. I run a strix 1070, 8700k, z370f mobo and just upgraded to 32gb ram and I'm mostly getting 100fps on 2560x1440p.
I'd say get into a bit of tweaking on the Nvidia control panel first before ya start dishing out MOAR cash. There is a few great posts around here and YouTube to help you out. I'm not that computer savvy but I got there. I also find hitting left alt enter helps too by making DCS run at full screen. If there is any other way I can help you please ask or I'll let you know k.

How realistic is the AIM-54,s flightmodel in DCS anyway?
The current one in dcs is simple. But fun to use tho. I got a kill using it on the SU-27 the other night from 90km and it was a player too! I believe the Heatblur is doing their own flight model for it and it is to be of high quality, like as close as you can get. The did a update on here a while back all about the AIM-54

Hi guys I have just updated to the latest firmware and followed all instructions given in the documents. My issue is that my Z axis andd all my buttons on my stick have stopped working. If i revert to older firmware everything works fine apart from my X and Y axis. I have opened a ticket on their site but i thought why not give it a shot here.

Day 20 of waiting since my throttle order left customs office. I have had to pull apart my stick twice in that time to loctite in 2 more screws. How is everyone doing with their throttle?

Got my e-mail on the 17th of this month that my throttle is on it's way. (WhooHooo) At the same time I also went and purchased me some MFG Crosswind pedals. 6 days later from Croatia to my doorstep here at the bottom of New Zealand I get a package. I open it and it's my pedals that cost 59 euro to ship. Im sure I paid more than that to Virpil to ship on the same day and all I've got for tracking is "left Export Office". How long have people waited to receive their gear from time of shipping to doorstep?

yes the bubble can be turned off. Its a great bit of kit when you are used to it. But im going Vr soon so I have one here basically brand new if you would like to buy it.
